64. A Weird Day

Matteo was in the kitchen along with Agatha who was cooking eggs. As the boy sat there he read the same Sokovian book as he kicked his dangling legs. Agatha couldn't help but look over her shoulder to watch the boy at some certain point. She then did a small smile before she finished up the breakfast for them.

As she was putting everything on the plates she looked over across at the new neighbors. She seen Wanda and the red Android outside trying to set up a kids play set. She then noticed Wanda who obviously looks pregnant, which made the witch smirk to herself.

"Alrighty Mattie!" Agatha used her magic to shut the blinds. Matteo soon jumped up a bit before he looked up at Agatha. "Breakfast is served" she said with a little smile before she handed him his plate. Matteo couldn't help but do a small smile "thank you mom.." he spoke out before he placed the book down in the seat next to him. Agatha took notice in the book and she soon looked at the boy "Whatcha reading?" She asked as she raised a brow before she took a bite outta her pancakes. As Matteo had bacon in his mouth he soon chocked a bit before composing himself, he then looked at the book before he used his magic to quickly make it into a fairytale book. "It's a book fairytale book.." he said shamefully. Agatha furrowed her eyebrows before she soon looked down at the book again. She then seen the cover which read 'Hercules', the witch did a little smile before she went back to look at the boy.

"Hey it's ok to read fairytale books. You know it's better to keep yourself at peace and calm. And it's nice to change here and there." She spoke out as she went back to eating. Matteo looked at his "mother" and did a little smile. "Really?" He asked. "Yes dear. Now eat your breakfast before it all gets cold." She spoke out which made the boy nod. Matteo soon went back to eating as he then looked back at the false looking book cover.

After breakfast

"Okay Mattie I'll be down here if you need me." Agatha spoke out as she sat down on the couch and flipped on the Tv. "Okay mom!" Matteo yelled from going up the stairs as he had his book in his hands. Agatha looked at him for a split second before she watched the tv, she couldn't help but sorta feel bad about what she's doing. But she then pushed it down and remembered what she doing everything for.

As Matteo reached his room he shut the door behind him and went to his corner in the room and sat down. He then undid his magic and smiled "(The book of Sokovia.)" he read the tittle in his language before he went back to his page he was last on. "(Although Sokovia is a place where war was always going on, it did have its perks on beauty.)" he read. "(Sokovia is a small country and well town, it is filled with many people who have family's. Most of the people who are there are super friendly. But when it comes to the Avengers, or when you bring them up. They always seem to get angry.)" he read aloud. The boy scrunched his face before he took a breath and kept reading. "(Whatever the Avengers did here, they are not welcome...)" he said before he turned the page.

Right when he turned the page he was met with a photo of a young man who seemingly looked familiar to him. Matteo then read "(according to this young man, he helped out when all the destruction happened. In the photo shown this young man is Otto Fink. He helped out many people and kids get out of buildings when it came to bombings.)" Matteo felt his eyes water up before he kept on reading. "(From what he said he stated "The last ever people I helped out before I totally stopped, was 3 kids. These three kids really broke me down to where I couldn't help. There where twins of the age 13, and a small little boy of the age 3. As I was helping the twins out, they wouldn't stop telling me to go get their baby brother who was under a table. What really shook me was that there was a bomb in front of these kids that read Stark. The look on that toddlers face said it all, so I tried my best to help him. But before I could reach him the floor underneath him collapsed. And after that all I heard both his older siblings yell out his name. Right then and there I had my helper drag the kids out as I went down to go find the toddler. As I was going down the stairs I couldn't stop thinking about me seeing this child's dead body. But right as I got to the last level all I heard was crying. Right then I sighed out in relief and bursted into the apartment and went in to gather the injured toddler. As I helped that kid to the medical people I couldn't help but cry. All I did after that was gather my thoughts and wonder Who in the hell would kill kids. Then that's when I remembered that bomb. Stark. That's why I never liked Stark from the beginning. Along with many other people. Stark has done nothing but hurt and kill families.")" Matteo then stopped reading before he slammed the book shut.
