It was shortly after eleven o'clock when the group left the restaurant. The pleasantly cool breeze that hit them was more than just refreshing and brought a smile to Cayetana's lips.

"So, now that I've had a chance to get an idea of who you are, I've come to the decision that you are trustworthy people—" she began, turning to the others. They exchanged confused looks among themselves, waiting to know what she was talking about.

"—and for that reason I invite you to my place for a few more drinks." She finished the sentence with a wink, noting with delight that the others were more than excited about the proposal.

"It's a hell of a lot better than blowing our money in those expensive clubs. You really are a sweetheart, Caye," Valentina said, turning her curly head to Mateo, "What are you waiting for. Out with the keys."

As the other three were busy discussing who couldn't drink anymore tonight, Ainoa pulled her slightly to the side. Her look was serious.

"Are you 100% sure about this. I mean just because I trust and like them, you don't have to prove it to me. I know how much you want to protect your privacy and I can guess that you are not comfortable sharing Pedri's exact address with them."

Ainoa was right. She was not at all comfortable taking them with her, but besides this uncomfortable feeling, she still felt serenity.

These students had proven throughout the evening that they were good people. She knew enough people who didn't deserve it, and they were clearly not one of them.

She hoped so, but her knowledge of people had always been excellent. So it remained only to hope that she was not mistaken this time.

Reassuringly, she put her hand on her friend's shoulder. "Thank you for worrying, but I'm sure it's the right decision and that the evening will only get better."

"Well then. Let's go." She pulled the car keys out of her pocket and jingled them in front of her before turning to the others.

"Hurry up. You have to follow me."

The González' house was silent. As expected. Her parents, along with Fer, had flown to the U.S. last night to watch some games live. Cayetana had decided against it. She wanted to use the time to settle in better, and what better way to do that than to meet new people?

"Welcome to my kingdom," the brown-haired woman announced as she flipped on the light switches and the rooms lit up. Ainoa, who already knew her way around, was the first to take off her shoes and walk past the others into the living room. The rest continued to remain cautious.

"I can't believe I'm standing here right now," came quietly from Valentina, who had placed her shoes next to those of her friend and had already begun looking at the various family photos. She stopped in front of one of Pedri and Fer, who were posing together with the Kopa Trophy.
