"Have you seen my jersey?"

Ainoa's upset voice made Cayetana jerk her head up and eye her friend, who was pacing back and forth in the messy hotel room, pausing every now and then to grab her temple, with an incredulous look.

The blonde let out a long drawn out moan in response to her head shake before disappearing into the bathroom again.

Ainoa wasn't really a neat person, that wasn't hard to judge by looking at her side of the room.

Exactly three days ago she had moved in as well and since then she hadn't found the time to clean out her suitcase. At least, she thought she hadn't had time.

Whereby they were not completely in the wrong. The last few days they had been out and about a lot, exploring the surroundings and enjoying the pool. Every now and then they had seen familiar faces, such as Mikky or Marc-André ter Stegen and his family.

Today, however, they had slept in, had breakfast in the room and had been getting ready for a good two hours. It might have sounded like a long time, but considering that two girls shared a room including a bathroom, it was still a relatively reasonable amount of time.

Since she would not be sitting in the family area today, she had chosen to put on her brother's jersey, the hem of which she now pulled to smooth out.

Luckily for her, she had taken the shower before Ainoa, so now she was also finished and just waiting for her friend to come out of the bathroom, now not dressed only in the bra. She too was wearing the red colors based on her own leotard, grinning with satisfaction that she had found it after all.

"Can we go?" came from her as she reached for the handbag that lay next to her suitcase.
She was careful to make it look like she was the one waiting for Cayetana.

"I thought you'd never ask," she replied, jumping to her feet. A quick glance at her phone showed her that they weren't that late after all and hadn't kept the others waiting too long.

But they saw it differently when the two girls arrived at the meeting point in front of their hotel. The two boys had already sat down on the edge of the fountain, while Valentina kept tugging at the Spanish flag that she had pulled over her shoulders.

"Have you been waiting long?"

"Do I have two hands?" countered Mateo to Ainoa's question as soon as she took within earshot. Like her, he asked her an equally obviously stupid question.

"Sorry, but unlike you, at least I do something for my looks. After all, that doesn't come from anything, which is easy to see with you."

The blond-haired man ran his hand through his slicked-back hair, triggered by the stressed movement that individual strands of hair came loose and fell into his face. He didn't seem to mind — it suited his image better anyway.

"All right girls. I understand you guys and I admit that I also denied the guys access to the bathroom for a little too long, but please I'm dying of excitement. Can we please just go already?"
