Basically,
Kathryn got mad at Louis because he called her Kat.
Kathryn's old boyfriend Danny called her that, so that is triggering for her. She goes home and self harms, and her cuts are too deep so she passes out from blood loss. She has these dreams while she's unconscious. Louis finds her unconscious and calls 999. She is brought to the hospital, and she tells Louis that she did that because Danny. And Louis tells her that he read some of her notebook.
Kathryn tells Louis about her past.
That was the last chapter, and it's a really long backstory so if you haven't read that I suggest you do.
