Time skip At 5 in the evening Yn's Perspective -
I heard the bell ringing as I walked towards the main door to open the door revealing Jungkook .
" Hello " he said with a bunny smile on his face as I smiled back . I don't want him to know my state and in order to do that I need to keep smiling in front of him and being happy .
I'm trying to smile but I'm not sure if I can do it in front of my parents the same way I'm doing it in front of him .
I stepped aside to let him walk inside the house , he marched towards the kitchen with the packets in his both hands . I followed him from behind.
" Here are the snacks and cold drinks. " He placed the packets on the kitchen counter as I thanked him. " Thank you !" He grinned as he said " No prob , by the way . Check this and let me know if you need something more I'll buy it okay "
I nodded my head and we both started to unpack the stuff Jungkook had bought for my parents . They called him and told him that they'll be coming in 15 minutes .
After 5 minutes of unpacking things , I walked towards the living room to see if it was today enough because my parents don't like messy places . I'm not feeling well about them coming here , it feels like some huge problem will be coming .
It feels like the silence before the thunderstorms . As I was about to walk towards the kitchen the doorbell rang and my whole body got frozen on the spot . My heart feels heavy , my mind heavy , my breath started getting faster as I placed my hand on my heart, calming myself down .
" Yn , it's fine ! You can do it okay "
the bell rang for the second time as I opened the door revealing my parents with their Happy faces . Whereas there was no trace of happiness on my face . I'm feeling numb , it hurts .
" Ah , yn I missed you my baby " mom said as she engulfed me in a hug , she missed me? She misses her useless daughter ? How strange ! I hugged her back as my dad said
" How are you ? " It's my compulsion to greet them how they want because Jungkook is right behind me .
And I can't risk letting him know what I'm going through . " Hello mom and dad," Jungkook said avarting the attention towards him as my dad greeted him by giving him a manly hug .
I broke the hug as I said " please come inside " my voice wasn't so bold but more than whispering .
" Yes please " Jungkook said as they both walked towards the living room , sitting on the sofa . My mom said
" yn , sit beside me"NI nodded my head as I said beside her . " So how are you both ? " My dad asked, as jungkook said, " We are pretty good, Dad . How are you both?"
" We are also good jungkook , I was so missing my daughter and thought of visiting her, " my mom said, making me let out an inaudible chuckle .
" Yes , without her our house lost its spark . " I wish dad I wish , you never spoke those words and never married me off to him , if that could've happened your house wouldn't lose its spark .
I said to myself as my mom said " yn, why aren't you saying anything ?" Reality hit me as I smiled, obviously a fake one as I said " no it's nothing , by the way . What would you both like to take ? Water or cold drink ? "
I can see Jungkook's face change to a confused one. I know any girl would be ranting about anything now as she had married but me ?
Didn't even talk to them like how I didn't even shade my tears on the wedding day . But that's what made me numb , worthless , useless piece of sh!t .
" I would like to take water only " " yeah same here yn " my parents said as I walked towards the kitchen . The whole situation would've been different if they just supported me and let me study further and asked me about my decision for this marriage .
For everyone it's an arranged one but for me it's a forced one. I poured the water on the two glasses and placed it on the tray as I walked towards them .
They drank it and Jungkook said " you guys don't mind if I just go to take a shower right? "
He asked as my dad chuckled and said " no honey , please."Jungkook grinned and walked towards our shared bedroom .
Now I'm here alone with my parents . Good ! Let's see how much I will control myself from crying .
" How are you ? " Mom asked and tried to hold my hand as I yanked it away from her and walked away and sat on the couch which was in front of them .
" Are you still mad at us honey ? " mad ? I'm disappointed and broken . Nah ! Not mad I didn't speak a word as my mom continued " But whatever we've done is just for you and your happiness yn " and that was enough !
" Happiness mom ? Are you guys serious ? You married me off because you thought I'll be happy after marriage ? " .
I let out as my dad said " yes " i chuckled bitterly as my mom said " and we also want you to be aware of your responsibilities yn "
" wow , i still can't believe you are the same parent who used to say things like yn I'll be with you in every situation in life and support you in every decision of yours but now what happened?
Can't you see what I truly want? Oh how can you ? Because you both think that I'm a useless piece of sh!t , who doesn't deserve to be in your house aren't you ?
And that's why you married me off because I wasn't taking things seriously " They both signed as my mom said " yn you are taking our intentions wrongly, we don't want you to feel like that "
my mom let out as I said "*chuckled* but you already did mom , you know what I truly want and this marriage was not on my side but still you both did this to me . I can never forgive you both " .
I said as tears started to flow from my eyes as my dad tried to come towards me but I stopped him by saying " don't you dare dad"
I said with my muffle voice as dad stopped right there .
