The next day, Wu assigned Lloyd a mission - to deliberately irritate the ninja. Lloyd began by entering the gaming room where Kai was and said, "Hey, Kai! I saw Cole beat your high score. It was pretty spectacular." Kai replied, "Uh, you must be talking about Sitar Legend. This is Fist to Face two; no one beats me on my game." Lloyd walked away, saying, "Huh. Could be wrong. See ya!" Kai, curious, checked the high score on his game, only to find that all five top scores belonged to none other than the black ninja, Cole.
Enraged, Kai growled, "Huh? Cole!" Lloyd continued the mission by heading into the kitchen, where Cole was preparing soup for dinner.
"Mm-mm! Violet Berry Soup, my culinary achievement. If the recipe is not followed exactly..." Cole used the large wooden spoon to scoop some soup before trying a bit. In disgust, he spat it out and screamed at the taste. Lloyd then peeked his head inside and said, "By the way, I saw Jayspice things up. I told him not to, but he said your cooking could use it. Bye, Cole!" Lloyd waved goodbye, skipping off. Cole furiously yelled, "Jay!"
Next was Jay, who was on the upper deck with kendo gear on, preparing for his training routine with the sparring bot. Jay took out his nunchucks and said, "Let's ease our way into this. How about level two, shall we?" Jay turned the bot on, but it unexpectedly went up to level nine, catching Jay off guard.
Lloyd called out to Jay, "Hey, Jay. I saw Zane try to repair the sparring bot earlier. Isn't that your expertise? Later, bro." He whistled away, leaving Jay in confusion. "Wait! What?" Jay shrieked as he tried to turn the bot off, but it laughed and began violently hitting him. "No! NO!! ZANE!!!!" Jay screamed, slamming on the remote in an attempt to stop it.
Next was Zane, who was on the other side of the Bounty's deck, hanging up his laundry. Zane greeted Lloyd kindly, "Lloyd. What brings you up here this fine morning?"
"Kai wanted me to pick up his ninja suit. He said he threw it in with your whites." Lloyd searched Zane's laundry basket, found Kai's ninja suit, and said, "Here it is. Thanks." Lloyd walked away, leaving Zane in confusion. Zane looked at his ninja gear, which turned out to be pink due to Kai's red suit. He was angry, questioning how he could be the white ninja if he's wearing pink.
