[Y/N], the purple-clad ninja, stirred from her slumber in the bounty. The soft morning light filtered through her window, casting a warm glow on the room. With a purposeful stride, she headed towards her roommate Nya's bed.
Gently shaking Nya awake, [Y/N] was met with the fluttering of sleepy eyes as Nya opened them and peered up at her. In that fleeting moment, a romantic notion crossed Nya's mind, envisioning a future that went beyond their ninja duties.
"Can I give you a kiss?" Nya asked, her voice carrying a soft, hopeful tone.
[Y/N] nodded, and Nya leaned in, their lips meeting in a tender morning kiss. The quiet intimacy lingered for a moment before [Y/N] broke away.
[Y/N] then ventured into the boys' room, where Zane, Cole, Jay, and Kai were still lost in the realm of dreams. Their groans echoed in response to [Y/N]'s attempt to rouse them by flicking the lights on and off like an annoying sibling would.
Cole, in a cranky morning mood, grumbled and pulled [Y/N] into an unexpected embrace which made her cast as her body was met with his on his warm bed sheets.
"Cuddle me," he demanded, treating her like a teddy bear as he nuzzled her neck, his warm breath sending shivers down her spine.
With a playful protest, [Y/N] urged, "Cole, come on, we need to start the day." Though upset, Cole eventually got up, kissing her on the cheek quickly before she was able to leave the room.
As the morning unfolded, Kai, Zane, Jay, Cole, and [Y/N] found themselves seated around a rectangular table. Nya stood at the front with the skeleton of a Fangpyre snake before her.
"Some villagers unearthed the remains of this Fangpyre a few miles away. It predates the Golden Age and must be hundreds of years old. Although the venom in the Fangpyre's fangs genetically mutates human cells into reptilian, I've learned there might be a way to stop the effects without creating an antivenom," she explained to the ninja.
