"Mom," [Y/N] gasped, her voice trembling as Ronin sat beside her, his expression frozen in shock. "Yes, it is me, my child," her mother responded, each word filled with a mixture of anguish and longing. As she drew nearer, her form became more distinct, every detail etching itself into [Y/N]'s mind. Overwhelmed and speechless, [Y/N] began to stammer, unable to find the right words to convey her emotions.

Her mother, then, sank to her knees, enfolding [Y/N] in a tight embrace. "I'm so deeply sorry," she whispered, her voice heavy with regret. "Why are you apologizing?" [Y/N] managed to utter, her voice laced with confusion and aching vulnerability.

"I died, leaving you all alone," her mother sobbed, her voice cracking with grief. [Y/N] chuckled, a tear rolling down her cheek, a bittersweet mix of emotions coursing through her. Releasing herself from the embrace, she swiftly wiped away the tear, not wanting to pain her mother with the salty tear.

"Well, I..." [M/N] began to interject, but [Y/N] interrupted her. "Hey, it's okay," [Y/N] reassured, her voice brimming with warmth and understanding. "Wu took care of me, and now you're here." A smile bloomed on [Y/N]'s face as she met her mother's eyes. They had missed so much time together, [Y/N] had grown into a teenager, and was no longer a child, she was her own person now.

"Oh, by the way, I inherited your elemental powers! And guess what? I'm also the Purple Ninja, which is pretty awesome," [Y/N] rambled excitedly, a torrent of words pouring out. "Sensei and I have formed a new team of elemental ninjas." The weight of the revelations filled the air, the significance not lost on [Y/N]'s mother as she listened, a mix of pride and regret shadowing her expression.

"And just two months ago, I met Uncle Shade!" [Y/N] eagerly shared a hint of excitement in her voice. [M/N] raised an eyebrow in surprise. "Really, my brother?" she questioned, her voice filled with curiosity. [Y/N] nodded, confirming the unexpected connection.

"And you inherited my elemental powers?" [M/N] inquired, a tinge of concern flickering across her face. [Y/N] met her mother's gaze reassuringly. "Yes, but don't worry. I've already gone through the whole ordeal of being consumed by darkness," [Y/N] replied, trying to ease her mother's worries. Suddenly, [M/N]'s expression shifted, her eyes widening in shock. "WAIT, WHAT? ARE YOU OKAY?" she exclaimed, unable to contain her surprise.

"Yes Mom, I returned to my normal self," [Y/N] reassured. "I would love to hear more, but we should really get going," [M/N] interjected, her voice tinged with urgency.

"I had to wait for Morro and his little friends to leave." [M/N] told her daughter. "Okay, but how are we going to get out?" she asked. [M/N] smiled mischievously. "I'm a ghost, sweetie," she replied as she then possessed the lock of the handcuffs, it clicked open, setting [Y/N] free.

"What about your friend over there?" [M/N] inquired. [Y/N] hesitated for a moment before responding. "If you don't mind," she said, her voice carrying a mix of gratitude and uncertainty. And just like that, her mother, unlocked the restraints on Ronin's handcuffs as well.
