The new year had begun.

Laughter. Happiness.

The streets full of snow.

And a month had passed. A month that felt like a year.

"Lo'ak! Please. Please wake up!" Neytiri shouts as she's cupping onto his cheek, tears running down her cheek, running along with him as he's laying down in a stretcher, completely unconscious.

Along with Jake, right behind her, becoming completely numb at the sight of his pale son, laying there as though.. as though he were dead.

Did I say laughter? Happiness?

"It'll be okay" Aonung whispers as he holds onto Tsireya, as she's sobbing uncontrollably in his arms.

"What do you mean? What do you mean there is nothing you can do?!" Neteyam shouts.

"Dr.Sully, you should know this better than anyone. I am sorry. Truly. But his overdose caused him to have a stroke. His brain is not functioning well and therefore, he is being put into a coma" the Dr replies.

Neteyam felt himself choke up.

Neytiri let's out a sob before she turns to Jake, holding onto him tightly.

Jake holds onto her tightly, keeping himself composed. He could not cry.

Not now.

Not when his children were in complete distress.
His wife too.

"What happened to Lo'ak?" Tuk looks to her grandmother, "is he unwell?"

Mo'at nods, holding her up in her arms, "he will be okay child. We must pray. That's all."

She wipes Tuk's teary eyes, letting her rest her head on her shoulder.

Love comes forward, as she gives Tsireya a comforting shoulder rub, trying her best to get her to stay calm.

Aonung and Aneysa both looked at each other.

They both knew, deep down, what it was like to watch their loved one laying on the floor, lifeless.

They both shared the exact same pain, knowing just what Tsireya was going through, when she found Lo'ak unconscious.

Neteyam walks past, walking away from everyone.

"Teyam" Aneysa calls out softly as she goes after him.

He continues to walk further and further away, making his way outside.

She finally caught up to him, turning him around.

"Teyam, listen to me-"

"This is all my fault" he mutters.

"No. No, none of this is your fault" Aneysa replies.

"This is all my fault! Everything that has happened, it is all my fault!" He looks away from Aneysa as he begins to pace and back and fourth.

"I did it again. I could not save your mother. I could not help her. And now? I was unable to help Lo'ak. I was unable to save him! This is all my fault!" He stops pacing as he puts his fingers through his hair, letting out a sigh, as he looks up, with his tear falling down his cheek.

Aneysa walks to him, cupping onto both his cheeks, "look at me Teyam."

He tries to get out of her grasp but she did not let him.
