Y/n's POV:

I walk into my house and groan, resting my back against the door and shutting the door with my back. I sigh, letting my shoulders fall. I'm so tired. I just wanna sleep!!! Let me sleep!

"Mom?" I hear my daughter, Lily, call on me. I sigh in relief, hanging my bag up and step out of the foyer and glance into the living room, "Kitchen, Miss I Can't See a Thing." I hear her reply, I groan and look into the kitchen, walking toward her.

"All right, all right. Don't tease me." I say to her, nudging her with my hip,

"Mom!" I hear her say,

"Ha-ha!" I say, laughing and sitting beside her as I set my bag down on my table, "So, can you take a break?" I ask her, glancing between her and her mountain of work that she has created. "I swear, you're giving Mount Everest a run for it's money, Hon." I say, moving a strand of her hair our of her face,

"I know but I have a test this Thursday, I wanna do well on it." Luna replies, sighing and her shoulders tensing.

"It's Saturday. You have..."

"5 days."

"I was never good at maths."

"I know, that's why you make me count up everything we buy whenever we spend money."

"Well, I like my games." I quip, earning a small laugh from her. I stand up and go to the fridge, opening the fridge, "So, today, I'm at the Inn of course, I'm talking to Melissa, we're discussing and she's cooking and guess what happens?" I ask her, while I pull out a bottle of water and sit back down beside her, opening the bottle.

"Mom, I'm studying."

"This'll just take a second."

"Studying."

"Bad memory."

"Well, I'll put you in a care home." I hear Lily reply, making my mouth fall open in shock.

"Lily!"

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding! I'm sorry!" She says through laughs making me smile as I take a sip of my water, I set it down and put the lid on. "Okay, tell me the story." She says, putting her pencil down and looking at me.

"Yay, I win." I let out, "Anyway, so, Kaylin comes in and he's handing her the fruits that he always gives her and something that I never thought would happen, happens! Wanna hear what happens?"

"It's why I stopped studying, so, go for it."

"He asks her on a date!"

"No!"

"Yes! Melissa's looking at me all like, 'What on earth do I do?' I'm looking at her like, 'Oh, my god. You just got asked out.' She's panicking that she's taking too long to respond, I step in, give her a slight nudge and pat on the back, she lets out a whole little babbling session that in reality, could be shortened down to, 'Yes, I'd love too'! Can you believe that though?" I ask her, speaking fast while Lily looks at me dumbfounded.

"So, they're going on a date?"

"They're going on a date!" I confirm, smiling widely.

"When's the wedding?"
