FIONA;

"Very funny, Ron." Hermione grumbled, pulling the silly thread out of her hair.

We were all inside the Zonko's Joke Shop, where all the Hogwarts children normally went during a trip to Hogsmeade. I tried to have fun, forgetting Fiona's words. But I couldn't help but feel my stomach turning, my nerves were running through me. I didn't want her near Draco, whom I hadn't even seen yet.

I saw my friends laughing in front of me, a slight smile on my lips as my mind wandered.

"Amara?" I threw my eyes at Harry.

"Yes?"

"We were thinking of going to the Three Broomsticks and buying a butterbeer," he offered, arching an eyebrow. "So are you ready?" I sent him a nod before murmuring that for sure. I walked next to Hermione when we left the joke store, the icy cold welcomed my skin with a sharp tingling. Even though I was wearing a jacket, the air was relentless.

As soon as we entered the pub, I felt an instant relief when the warm air welcomed me. I smelled of burnt firewood while we sat at a table for four. "It smells good," I said quietly. "It reminds me of when my father took me here when I was little."

"What is he like?" Ron asks, frowning. "Is he still sick?"

I nodded rigidly, looking at the wooden table. "I'm going to visit him next week," I sighed, running my fingers slightly over the platform. "He doesn't have much time left, that's what he told me." I blinked quickly, suddenly feeling a wave of sadness invade me.

I felt someone grabbing my hand, looking up to see Ron sending me a sad look. "I'm so sorry, Ames."

I heard the doors of the Pub open, making us look at the entrance. I felt my heart racing when I found his blue eyes, his face got hard when they flew into Ron and I's hands. I quickly walked away from Ron before opening my eyes like plates, seeing how Draco's jaw tightened. Then I looked at her side, Fiona standing there. A smile grows on his face when he sees me.

"Come on Draco," he pulls his arm, his eyes still on me. "Sit with me."

I felt jealousy take over me as he took his eyes away from mine, looking at her. He nodded his head before murmuring as they took a seat in the booth, she approached him. His eyes flew towards mine once again before Hermione pushed my side. "Why are you looking at Malfoy?"

"I'm not," I frowned. I'm looking at Fiona."

"It looks like they're dating," Harry murmured, a sarcastic laugh coming out of his lips.

"They are made for each other."

Ron nods. "Only couples sit in the booths."

I'm not saying anything, I feel like my skin is losing color. I twisted my mouth with disgust when I felt a hole in my stomach. "Didn't Malfoy like her?" Hermione asks, frowning. I looked back at her table to see her moving her hair, Draco's blue eyes on her. I felt my lower lip tremble as I shrugged my shoulders.

"I don't know. Maybe."

When the waiter arrived, Harry ordered for everyone. All the time I kept looking at Draco and Fiona, finding uncomfortable eye contact with both of them so many times. But then, when I saw Fiona whisper something in his ear, I lost it. I had already done it. Without thinking about it, I laughed very hard for no reason.

"Ron, you're so funny!"

Draco's eyes went to our table, but I didn't care while I kept my eyes on the confused redhead. "I just said that butterbeer was my dead grandmother's favorite drink," he blinked quickly, making my eyebrows arch. Then I laughed nervously, playing alone with my own act.
