2nd Person's POV

You hummed to yourself in delight as you threw another blueberry in your mouth, enjoying your snack as you walked back to the library, excited to return where you left off on your book.

"Huh?" you raised a brow as you looked at your spot, your book missing on the table.

Putting your snack plate on the table, you knelt down and looked around, but your book was nowhere to be found.

"Oh no..." you muttered, quickly getting up and hitting your head on the table.

"Ah..!" you hissed, rubbing your head as you looked around the library.

You quickly looked around the library, scanning every inch of the floor and bookcases for any sign of your book.

But it was nowhere to be found.

You could feel the cold sweat dripping off you as you accepted your book was gone.

Normally, you wouldn't care since you misplace your things now and then, but this book, in particular, was... a bit embarrassing.

It wasn't anything obscene, just... Embarrassing.

You were already teased as a hopeless romantic, and this will just confirm it.

'Okay... Let's just retrace our steps...' you thought, dreading if one of your housemates found your book, let alone see its contents.

You groaned as you walked around, desperate to find your book before anyone else did.

"Who would even be in the library-" you abruptly stopped as you got your answer, sharply turning around as you went straight to William's office.

"William!" you shouted as you slammed open his office door, seeing the man in his office chair with your book in hand.

"(Y/N)," he sweetly greeted, "To what do I owe the pleasure?" he asked, making a vein in your head almost pop.

"My book?" you pointed, walking up to him with a frown.

"Ah," he hummed, giving it back, "Apologies... I was curious about what type of book you would keep coming back to," he smiled, making your face grow warm.

You gulped as you took a deep breath, glaring at him.

"...How much did you read...?"

"All the way to the end," he answered with a smile, making you internally scream as you went down on your knees.

You took a deep breath as you stood up, fixing your hair and clothes.

"Listen," you started with a huff as William looked up at you with innocent eyes.

"There is nothing wrong with reading these types of romance novels... All right?" you clarified, feeling your cheeks heat up as he kept watching you.

"It's completely normal. Okay!?"

"Of course, it was an adorable story." he agreed, but you pursed your lips at his demeanor, "And the pages you dog-eared where the man-"

"-Okay, stop. Stop! Stop!" you shouted, covering your ears, "Stabbing me in the back would hurt less...!" you groaned, curling into a ball on the floor.

William softly chuckled as he covered his mouth, turning away from you.

"(Y/N)?" Louis called out, knocking on the door.

"Did something happen? I heard you shouting," he asked, clearly worried as you quickly stood up.

"Yes, everything's fine," you reassured with a smile as William agreed, sending him off.

When Louis was gone, you tightened your jaw as you turned to William, glaring daggers at him.

"Not one word to the others... Got it?" you muttered, making him look up at you with a sly smile.

"Certainly, my dear. However..." William trailed off as he stood up, walking up to you.

Your breath hitched as you stepped back, your blood turning into ice as he got closer, "...I would like for you to do something for me in return," he offered, a dangerous red glint in his eyes.

"...What?"

"Shall we try some of the scenes in your book? The ones you seem to favor the most."
