-He might say it in a snide remark or a sarcastic comment, but it's just how he shows he cares.
-When you lose your glasses, Sherlock always knows where it is.
-Once, you broke your glasses while chasing a perp. The lens shattered and cut your face.
-Sherlock found you on the ground with blood all over your face while the perp was slowly standing up from the collision.
-Needless to say, the perp was thrown in the back of the police carriage. Literally.
-After that, he makes sure to come with you whenever you buy a new pair.
-He also makes sure you're out of danger or within his reach just in case.

-Whenever you take a nap or rest your eyes from wearing glasses, he always cleans them and wipes the smudges.
-When you go out to buy a new pair, he likes to look through the options and see you try them on.
-And when you ask for his opinion, he tells you how great you look with the most sincere eyes.
-Once, he found you fumbling through your place to look for your glasses and immediately helped and guided you.
-After you found it, he helped clean up your place, no questions asked.

-He definitely hid your glasses in the past, making you cling to him as you look for them.
-Karma hit him when you started looking closely at Sherlock at William to recognize them, too close in Billy's perspective.
-Billy quickly put your glasses on and held you close, warning the two despite it being his fault.
-Since then, Billy stopped messing around as much... only when he knows you're alone.
-When Billy sees you having a hard time reading something, he whispers it to you.
-When Billy sees you about to bump into something, he grabs you by the waist and guides you away from it.
-He also likes shopping for a new pair with you and trying them on.
-He has suggested buying a matching pair for you both, despite his just being a fashion statement.
