"(Y/N)?"

"Just a minute!" you replied, drawing on the final scar on your face in front of the mirror before heading to the door.

You adjusted your Frankenstein costume for the last time and opened the door, seeing Herder.

"Herder!" you happily greeted, making him smile as he opened his arms, trapping you into a hug.

"Ah! Wait, my makeup!" you laughed, seeing some specs of green on his suit.

"You already put on your costume?" he asked, making you nod.

"What do you think?" you asked Herder as you stepped back and did a small twirl, proud of your work.

"You look splendid, my dear," Herder answered confidently with a smile, his blindfold taunting you.

"O-Oh, right..." you nervously laughed as Herder chuckled, "Sorry," you sheepishly apologized, walking up to him as you held his hands.

You felt Herder's hands trail up your body, feeling the fabric of your costume.

"Think you can guess my costume?" you joked, making the man raise a brow.

"Do I get free reign?"

"Nevermind," you quickly pushed yourself off him, making him laugh as he grabbed your hand.

"Sorry, sorry..." he chuckled, pulling you back in your arms.

You rolled your eyes as you let him guess, making sure his hands didn't roam too far as you wiped the makeup off his suit.

"Hm... What's this?" he asked, feeling the bolts on your neck.

"That would be the fake bolts on my neck," you chuckled as he traced his fingers.

"Oh! Then... Frankenstein's monster?"

"Ding, ding, ding!" you grinned with a sing-song voice, making him smile.

"So, Does that make me Dr. Frankenstein?"

Your eyes widened at his question.

"I thought you didn't want to attend the party?" you mused, raising a brow at his change of heart.

"Yeah, but I heard from James that you prepared matching costumes for us," he smiled, "And I wouldn't want your effort to go to waste," he added, kissing your knuckles gingerly.

You chuckled as you held his hand warmly.

"You don't have to force yourself to go. Your costume was literally just a lab coat and a pair of goggles," you chuckled, making Herder smile.

"Even so," he hugged you by the waist, looking at you with a mischievous smile.

"I would get to show you off. How could I miss that opportunity?"

"(Y/N)!" Bonde called from downstairs, "Are you ready yet!?"

"Coming!" you hollered, putting on the finishing touch on Herder's makeup.

"Let's go," you smiled, taking his hand as you headed downstairs.

"Herder! You're coming too?" Bonde mused, surprised.

"Of course!" he replied, hugging you by the waist, "And leave my (Y/N) alone?" he added, making your face flush.

"You were just feeling lonely, weren't you?" Bonde countered with a teasing smile, making you stifle a laugh.

"Hey!" Herder shouted, making Bonde snicker.

"But seriously!" Bonde exclaimed, walking in front of you as he examined your costume.

"You look amazing, (Y/N)! Both of you are," he complimented, making you smile.

"Thank you, you look great too!" you smiled, looking at his werewolf costume.

Bonde grinned as he hugged you tightly, swaying from side to side.

"Thank you, (N/N)! You're so cuddly, too!" he grinned in a sing-song voice, making you giggle as Herder's hair stuck out.

"That's enough!" he pulled you out of Bonde's grasp, making Herder hug you protectively.

"Possessive as always, I see," Bonde teased, making Herder put as he hugged you tightly.

"Let's just get going to the party already."
