Chapter 59 - Surprise Gave Her Heart Attack

Nandini stared at the big house infront of her. She couldn't understand a bit and the man beside her was not ready to say a word. Early in the morning she got up and get dressed well. Though he didn't say where he will be taking her, but she couldn't look bad at all. When she went to kitchen Manik called again saying not to eat anything. The journey was quite long so they will grab something on the road. At 8 he was already outside her apartment.

It took almost two hours drive from the main city. The car drove through the narrow path and Nandini was surprised when it took turned towards the village area outside the city. She asked several times about it but he would always avoid her questions. And currently they were standing infront of a huge house.

"Where it is?" Nandini asked frowning. "I thought you will be taking me to some restaurant or something"

Manik smiled "I thought eating outside is too professional. Why don't we have something homely and healthy food?"

"I can't understand you. What are you trying to say?"

"Well, welcome to my home"

It was like bomb that blasted in her heart. Home? His home? Nandini couldn't keep herself calm. Why the hell he brought her here? He didn't said a word before that. He didn't even asked if she wanted to go or not but directly took her here. She was at such a point where neither she could return back nor she could avoid it. Suddenly her expression changed and her eyes glared at him. Her insides were full of anger as she looked at him.

Manik knew the expression and somehow felt fear in his heart. He knew he tricked her here but he had no choice. Because it was possible she would disagree to meet his family and he couldn't take any chances. He wanted her to meet his family.

"You tricked me here?" She gritted her teeth. "I almost thought you are honest with your words but you tricked me like this?"

"I know you wouldn't agree to come here so I have to hide the truth from you. But I didn't concealed the whole truth. I told you this place is somewhere I grew up and had many memories. I vaguely hinted you but you failed to catch it" he explained hurriedly.

"Of course, I was a fool to agree with your proposal. I shouldn't have agreed in the first" she glared at him then turned her head ignoring him.

"You can't say that. Besides why are you so angry? It's just my family. I thought you will be happy seeing all my relatives and will get along fast. They are free minded, you don't have to worry about anything" and they know everything about us he wanted to add but couldn't find the courage to do so.

Nandini didn't reply avd choose to ignore him. She was already nervous agd ashamed. How could she meet his family like this. If it were a casual meeting like friends do then it was another thing. But whatever they had in past was something preventing her to agree with this term and go with the flow. She bite her lips nervously. Shd couldn't return nor she could stand all the day outside the house. But how could she step inside? Gritting her teeth she turned around walking towards the car.

"Where are you going?" Manik almost screamed in panick. He followed her immediately.

"I am not going to give into your trick. If you want to stay then stay but I am going back" she said and about to open the car door when Manik stopped.

"Why are you doing this? We are already here and you want to go back just like this?"

Nandini turned to him glaring "did I asked you to bring me here? You didn't even said a single word about it but you want me to accept it like nothing? It's too embarrassing, if you want you can go inside but I am not going ins-"
