"Come on, Dustin," Cynthia yelled down the hall. "If you're not out here in one minute, I'm leaving you here and you're biking to school."

"I'm coming," Dustin yelled from his room. He appeared and was running down the hallway. "Holy shit, I'm coming." He stopped right in front of Cynthia. "I'm here."

Cynthia looked her brother up and down, "Nice outfit."

"You think so?" Dustin asked as he looked down at his shirt. "I thought it was going to be too much."

"It's you," Cynthia smiled at him. "Now let's go."

The Henderson siblings went out the door and into Cynthia's car. Cynthia threw her seat in the back and got into the driver's seat. She looked over at Dustin. She started the car and pulled out of the driveway.

"No music?" Dustin asked as he looked at her.

"Thought you might have some questions," Cynthia said as she made her way to Lucas's house.

"You're actually foregoing music to help me?" Dustin asked.

"You make it sound like I'm always a selfish bitch," Cynthia rolled her eyes. "I am so nice to you all the time."

"You just threatened to leave me here," Dustin raised his eyebrow.

"You were taking forever, and I have to pick up both Max and Lucas before school," Cynthia said. "Sorry I wanted all of us to be on time for school today."

"You just want to see your boyfriend," Dustin huffed. He looked over at Cynthia. "When I am even going to meet him anyways? You've been dating for months, and I still haven't even seen him."

"I'm going to bring him around this weekend," Cynthia said as she pulled into Lucas's driveway. "You're going to love him."

"Sure," Dustin crossed his arms.

Lucas ran out the front door and into Cynthia's car. He sat behind Dustin. Lucas actually looked excited for his first day of high school.

"That's the most excited I think I've ever seen you bar your first date with Max," Cynthia said as she pulled out of the Sinclair driveway. "Why are you so happy?"

"It's the first day of high school which means a fresh start," Lucas said. "That means no more baggage from middle school, Upside Down bullshit, or anything else. It's going to be great."

"Love the enthusiasm," Cynthia said. "Lucas, do you have any questions before your first day? Maybe you'll actually want to answer questions rather than just sulk about me having a love life."

"I'm not sulking," Dustin said.

"You're totally sulking," Lucas backed Cynthia up.

"Shut up," Dustin said. "I just think it's a little weird that none of us have met her boyfriend."

"Yeah well, I've had Steve, Jonathan, Nancy, and Robin all cover for my ass, so I can spend the night at his place, so I would say he's real," Cynthia said.

"Gross," Dustin said.

"You're the one who's mind went there," Cynthia said.

"Pervert," Lucas teased.

"Shut up," Dustin said.

"So, Lucas," Cynthia turned her attention back to him. "Any questions?"

Cynthia pulled into Max's house. Cynthia bit her lip as Max came out the door. There was shouting coming from inside the house. Max had on her headphones from her Walkman. She got into the car and took off her headphones.
