"How coincidental! The tabloids call me a personification of a jackpot. A jackpot no one can hit.", he smirked, his deep gray eyes challenging her own.

Stubborn.
Cunning.
That's who they are.
Mirroring each other's gaze, challenging the other to back down, they lock horns when a chance encounter collides them.
One is authoritative.
One is head-strong.
Each holding a story of their own and both trying to read each other.
