"Hey!" Your friend Liv smiled as she walked over to you, setting her stuff on the floor and sitting down. The two of you had only been friends for a few months, but she was your only friend after moving schools so you were very grateful to have her.

"Hi," you replied looking up from your phone. She started rummaging through her bag and before you knew it she set down a huge stack of papers in front of you, a huge grin on her face. "What's all this?" You asked as you fiddled with the pages.

"Well, as you know," she began, "I am the head of the theatre club and I knew that you were interested, so here is the script!"

"No way!" You smiled as you turned the large stack of papers to face you, the title popping out. Mama Mia Was typed along the top in bold letters, your heart racing.

"Auditions are right after school if you wanna come." She said finally as she stood up, grabbing her stuff and leaving the papers with you. "I hope to see you then!" And with that, she gave you a small wave and walked away, the bell for the last block of the day ringing through the halls.

***time skip***

You quickly pushed through the large auditorium doors, the script in your hands as you made your way toward Liv who was at the front. "Hey, am I late?" you asked, noticing barely anyone in there.

"No, not at all!" She beamed as she turned to look at you, she had a clipboard in her hand with a bunch of names, and a ring of chairs around her. "You are actually a bit early, that's why no one is here yet."

You noticed that besides you and Liv, there were only four people, two girls who looked like they could basically be twins, one guy you had never seen before, and the most gorgeous brunette girl you had ever seen in your life.

"Oh, y/n, I had a question for you," Liv smiled as she helped you up onto the stage, sitting you down in the chair between her and the brunette. "So far we haven't had many guys audition, or even sign up to audition, so would you be okay playing a male role if you had to?"

"Yeah, no problem, just tell me what to do and I'll do it." You replied as you shifted in your seat, noticing the girl staring at you but doing your best to ignore it.

"Alright then, let's get started!"

***Time skip***

It had been about a month since auditions, you had gotten the role of Sky, and Vada, the brunette, had gotten the role of Sophie. Over the last month, the two of you had been practicing most scenes, getting to know each other and making sure that the chemistry really worked. But during that time... you grew more and more fond of her.

"Okay guys. So today we are going to be practicing one of my absolute favorite songs." Liv smiled while she ran on to set, your heart racing as you saw Vada following her. You and Vada were both in costume, you in swim shorts and a T-shirt, and her in a one piece swim suit.

"And which one is that?" You laughed at your best friend's excitement, trying to ignore the nervousness bubbling in you. You knew the answer, but you really wanted to pretend you didn't.

"Lay all your love on me." Liv practically squealed as she looked between you and Vada, your heart rate growing faster and faster. This was the one scene you had been dreading since you got your role, knowing that you would be an absolute blushing mess the entire time. "So without further ado, let's get right into it!"

Liv jumped off of stage and the rest of your co-stars followed, leaving just you and Vada on the stage. When the music track began, you couldn't help but feel more and more nervous. But you tried to ignore all of it, remembering that this is just acting, and that Vada would have no reason to suspect otherwise.
