You were at the school theater rehearsing for the school play. Lloyd was supposed to come watch but he showed you up. After hanging out with him plenty of times, you had begun to like him but never thought that he would feel the same way. Somehow, you got through rehearsal but Lloyd was never far from your thoughts.
After rehearsal, you walked out to the lockers to grab your bag and began to walk away. You were thinking to call Lloyd and ask him why he hadn't come. As you pulled out your phone, a small piece of paper fell out.
"Hm?" You glanced at the crumpled piece of paper that had definitely seen better days and picked it up.
'Sorry for showing you up (Y/N), it's just this is my first time doing this so I didn't want to see your reaction if it's 'No'.
