Chapter 40 - Creating a Door.

(The next morning)

Lux wakes up with sweat all over his body like he has just ran a marathon.

Lux sees some red scratches on his hands which are slowly fading away.

"What the hell?
I must have scratched myself in my sleep. "

Lux then gets dressed and teleports to Golden Dragon Auction House.
He arrives on the 2nd floor and walks over to the Alchemy shop counter.

Lux says to the attendant "Hi, my name is Lux Tenebra and i would like to sell some Mild Healing Pills please."

The Attendant nods and says "Lord Tenebra, you are part of the Golden Dragon Auction House's VIP program.
Your orders will be personally taken care of by Manager Gerald. Please wait a moment."

The attendant then presses a ring on her finger which flashes once with a pale blue light.

2 minutes later Gerald appears and smiles to Lux.

Gerald says "Hello Lux, glad you came back to our door.
I hear you want to sell mild healing pills.
Our price for one is 40 gold, so how many are you selling?"

Lux with a straight face says "30,000 pills."

Gerald nods and with a slightly paler face says "That comes to 1,200,000 gold coins.
May i see the pills?
It's company policy for large transactions."

Lux laughs and says "Here you go.
Look all you want."

Lux then clicks his fingers and a Large wooden box appears.
The Wooden box lands with a Rumbling THUD!!
Lux opens the box and Gerald sees that it is filled to the brim with mild healing pills.
Gerald pick up a mild healing and studies it.
After about a minute he gasps and says "This mild healing pill is flawless.
There are no defects at all.
I am happy with the mild healing pills Lux.
Give me your bank card and i deposit your 1.2 million gold coins into it.
Is their anything else i can help you with?"

Lux hand over his bank card and says "I am opening a tavern soon, at my manor.
I want you to come and taste some of my special wines.
It will be opened in 3 months time.
You can also bring some of your staff as well.
Tell them only good workers will get to go as a treat for all their hard work.
There will be a banquet as well.
I have a small sample of my Morning Light Wine for you to try."

Lux hands Gerald a small cup with a lid which holds about half a cup of wine.

Gerald thanks Lux and takes a small sip.

Gerald's face falls into a daze at the exquisite tasted in his mouth.
He quickly finishes it and says "That tastes amazing.
I can feel more energy flowing through my body.
If all your wine tastes that good then i will definitely be there."

Lux nods as Gerald hands Lux back his Bank card.

Lux says "Well goodbye Gerald.
See you at the Banquet.
I will send you an Offical Invitation to the opening ceremony of my Tavern."

Lux then teleports back to his Manor's courtyard

As Lux appears, he walks inside his house where his Butler Come down stairs and says "I was looking for you My Lord, You were gone when i came to wake you."

Lux nods and says "I was at the golden dragon auction house.
I was selling some healing pills.
I am going to create a Training Room at the back of my land facing the slums.
I will be back for dinner."

Lux then teleports to the small wall which is the end of his property, on the other side of the wall is a 60m drop onto the slums.

Lux sits cross legged and meditates on what his training area should look like.
