Chapter 41 - The Tavern's Opening Ceremony

For 3 months, Lux had worked towards the Opening Ceremony for his Tavern.
He had to arrange the hiring of serving staff to serve customers, guards to protect the tavern and he had to hire more wine masters to brew larger quantities of his wines.

Lux had also sent invites to the Royal Family, Noble families, the heads of the Merchant Families and the heads of the Criminal Alliance who run the Slums.

Lux invited every Political Power in Golden City, no matter their social standing, be it a official political power or a illegal political power.

Lux wanted everyone to come to his Opening Ceremony.

(The Day of the Opening Ceremony)

Lux is watching his serving staff placing cutlery at every seating area with a proud expression.

Lux is thinking about how ever since he finished the Lord of the Hunt Competition, he hasn't been able to train his Power Strength (Soul (Mage) and Body (Warrior).)

Lux sighs "I wish there was more hours in a day, just so i could fit in everything i need to do."

Geb whispers in Lux's soul "You should just use the True Body Cloning spell. You do have Nature, Blood and Death Magic."

Lux startled at hearing Gebs voice jumps slightly onto his tip toes and tries to turn the jump into a stretch.

Lux talks back to Geb inside his soul "What is the True Body Cloning Spell?"

Geb sighs and explains "I forget sometimes that you haven't been taught properly.
The True Body Cloning spell basically splits the strength of your Body and Soul into however many clones you want.
They basically become a second life.
If you die, then your true soul will transfer into the body of one of your clones.
There is no limit to how many you can create but just remember that to make one Clone, you must half your current strength.
You can absorb them back into your self, allowing you to return back into your strength before the spell.
But the unique part is, you can unabsorb them when you want.
You can also control the clones with your mind, so you can assign tasks.
Also, everything they learn, you will learn when they are absorbed into you.
You could send one to train for you.
If one clone trains and breaks through a level, then when you absorb them you can take the breakthrough and place it inside your body.
Basically you can swap Strength between clones, you just have to absorb them first.
Here is the spell, i am going for a nap."

Lux's vision is overcome with complex symbols which flash before his eyes.
After a minute they fade away.

Lux shakes his head to try and get rid of a felling like his head has become stuffed with cotton wool.

Lux says to a servant "I am going back to my room to rest before the opening ceremony. Tell Butler to wake me before the guest arrive."

Lux then teleports back to his room where he rests on his bed and thinks about the True Body Cloning spell.

As he thinks about the spell, the Symbols appear on his vision again.

Lux activates the Dreaming (Combined knowledge of Arch Druids) which translates what the symbols are.

The Dreaming floods Lux's mind with knowledge of Rune Magic.
Also called Inscription Magic to make Enchantments and used in ritual spells.

Lux is slowly absorbing the information when he hears a knock at his bedroom door.

Lux's Butler leans inside the room and says to Lux "The guest will be arriving soon My Lord."

Lux nods and says "Thanks. I will be down in 5 minutes."
