This is what I think Greninja said to all his friends before he left to go protect Kalos.
To Hawlucha and Talonflame:
"You were great battle partners (even though I didn't battle alongside Talonflame quite as often). I promise we'll be battling side by side again in no time."
To Noivern:
"Congratulations, buddy. You learned how to fly." (note: This is not meant to sound sarcastic.)
To Goodra:
"Good luck protecting the wetlands. I'll probably see you again soon, since we'll both be staying in Kalos after all."
To Clemont and Bonnie:
"You'll make a great gym leader, Clemont. And Bonnie, don't worry about Squishy. We'll look after each other and you'll see him again someday."
To Serena:
"Good luck with your performances. I'll be sure to watch whenever I can. Oh, and I'll keep hoping that Ash gets a clue."
To Pikachu:
"Take care of Ash. I don't want to hear that he's fallen off any more cliffs or jumped off the top of any towers. And while you're at it, maybe try to shock the denseness out of him."
To Ash:
"Thank you for everything."
