I know the better life is right there by your side.

Living together was much easier said than done.
At least the process of it was. Millie and Finn had a huge discussion about where they should move to. Finn was insistent on New York while Millie was insistent on Los Angeles. He didn't understand why she couldn't just move in with him. She wasn't too fond of the idea though, so that idea was shot down rather quickly. They both wanted to stay rooted in their cities that they loved so much because it was all that they knew at this point.
Millie had somehow convinced Finn of Los Angeles in the end though. She told him that it would be easier to get to things because that's where a lot of both of their work was. He had agreed hesitantly and the two were off to look for a place in no time.
All of the places that Millie's parents had sent them to were just way too much for Finn. What did they need eight rooms for? Why did there need to be three different living rooms and a two acre backyard? Finn asked himself the same questions over and over. He could tell Millie's parents were getting frustrated with him too because he was turning every single place down.
It had been two days of nonstop searching, and Finn and Millie were both growing restless. They didn't think they were going to find anything and they were both having their doubts about this whole thing. Finn found the whole idea weird to begin with. Finding a house to live in with a girl he's known for only about four months? He didn't think they would find anything they both liked. That is, until Pia had sent him an address of a house she thought that they would.
It was hard to get around to where they needed to be when the paparazzi were always on the lookout for them. They needed to keep this whole thing on the low, and it was a struggle. They had managed to get to the house though, and after the realtor signed a non-disclosure agreement they were checking it out.
"The yard is really pretty," Millie observed as they drove through what was practically a tunnel of trees.
Finn nodded in agreement. The driveway was long, something he liked so that it was harder for people to get to the house. The entire thing was surrounded by trees and plants, making the land seem a lot more private.
"The house sits on two acres of land so it isn't huge, but it is still roomy," the realtor said looking back at the two in the car.
They pulled up to the front, and Finn's mouth fell open a little at the sight in front of him. The house was big, but not as big as the past few that they had looked at. It was two stories high and had windows all around it that made the entire house look even more open.
They got out of the car and Millie was at Finn's side quickly; his arm went to her waist securely. They were lead up to the door and Millie dipped her finger into the fountain that sat in front of the house as she passed it. The two were quiet as they walked in, their eyes were too busy roaming around the place and taking it all in.
"There are four rooms plus an office and three bathrooms," the realtor spoke as he walked them through to the living room downstairs.
"Do we really need four rooms?" Finn whispered to Millie.
Millie nudged him, "Finn you've complained about the amount of rooms in every house."
"I just don't see the point in having so many when there's just the two of us," Finn said.
The realtor looked back at the two as they climbed the stairs, "You'll just have to fill them up then, don't you?"
Finn choked on air at the joke. Millie grew red and patted Finn on the back awkwardly.
