❝ NOVAA ❞ Kingsley yells at me
"What dude? Leave me alone" I say laying in my bed on my phone. "Get up, we have school" He rolls his eyes
"Thats great now get out of my room fatass" I say tossing my phone on the side of the bed and getting up. King leaves closing my door and i go to my closet as usual. I pick out my outfit, straighten my hair and part it down the middle.

After doing my morning ritual, i grab my phone and head downstairs.
"We're walking to school today" Deandre says tossing Leo a water from the fridge. I stop in my tracks as i grab my backpack from the couch where i left it the previous day. "We're doing what now?"
"Walking. We need the exercise"
"I get my exercise when i go to the gym and I'm wearing heels" I scoff walking to the kitchen grabbing a water for myself then head back to the front door. "Anyways if we're gonna be on time we should start walking now" Hakeem says taking a sip of his water
"Lets go then" Leo says pushing past me walking put of the door. Rolling my eyes i follow him outside. . . . . ARCHIE'S POV ↴
"Hey guys. Where's Jug?" I ask walking up to my friends who were sitting in the rec room.
"For the past couple days he's been skipping with the gang leaders" Kevin rolls his eyes
"Am i a bad person for being mad that he's spending more time with them then us?" Betty asks with her arms crossed. Veronica shakes her head "No, its completely normal and fine"
She sighs, "I just feel like he's falling into the wrong group you know? Ever since he's become a serpent and those kids has moved here.. jug has been distant"
"Tell me about it" i scoff sitting down on the couch next to Veronica. "He's even been picking up their phrases. He told me to 'Run me my homework' last week" Kevin says slightly confused
"What does that even mean?" I furrow my eyebrows trying to make sense of that sentence. "V you lived in New York. Do you know anything about them or what that means?" Betty asks
"Uhm i know they're a well respected Gang. I talked to my father about them and he said he's done business with them before. But the lingo from where I'm from and where they're from is totally different"
"Must be something they made up-" I was cut off by yells from the hallway. Quickly we all get up and move to the main hallway to see what was going on.
"CAN I GET A YUURRRRRRR?" Deandre yells
The whole football team was walking behind them as if they were in some alliance and the serpents, "YUURRRR" they all yelled in unison
"What in the hell.." Kevin says looking at the scene that was unfolding
"AYOOO IN CELEBRATION OF JASON BLOSSOM WE'RE THROWING A PARTY AT OUR HOUSE THIS WEEKEND" Nova yells as she was on Chuck's sholders
"WOOOOOOOOO" Eveyone yells in the hall
"You've got to be kidding me" Veronica says next to me . . . . NOVAIA'S POV ↴
"Yo chuck" I say walking up to him after 7th period finally ended. He turned from his locker and grinned "Wussup Nova"
"Do you know anything about Polly Cooper?" I ask leaning up aginst the lockers
He chuckles closing his locker, "I know a lot about the Cooper family." I snicker at this "Like betty trying to drown you in the hot tub"
"Please, don't remind me of that crazy bitch" He laughs shaking his head, "But what can i do for you?"
"I heard she was Jason's girlfriend before he—passed. I want to personally invite her to the party since.. yanno"
"Yeah..Good luck trying to find her though. She lives in a barn on the end of Sweet Water River."
"Damn what the fuck is up with the Cooper family?"
"They are some fucked up individuals lemme tell you that"
"Tuh, i see. I would ask betty but i beat her ass and she's nosey sooo. Im kinda SOL here" I sigh
Chuck looks at me for a minute before speaking, "I can ask a few people for you"
"For reals?" I smile
He nods, "Yeah. Polly would like to come to the party, its for Jason after all- and you're pretty cool"
"Thank you, owe you one for real"
"Yeah you do" he chuckles
"Whatever it is just ask" I smile one more time before walking away
"WEAR MY JERSEY AT NEXT WEEKS GAME" I hear a voice yell behind me. Turning around walking backwards i laugh "LET ME ASK MY BOYFRIEND" then turn back around leaving the school building.
