IT WAS THE day before the newborns were suppose to show up, and Ophelia was staying over at Dean's separate motel room. She had compelled the motel clerk to allow them to have two separate rooms for free for however long they were staying there. Dean loved the idea of getting something free, but Sam felt bad and gave the clerk a wad of money.
"You know you're beautiful," Dean said as he trialed his finger down her face, arm, and then back up again. She smiled up at him and he felt his heart pick up, and all he wanted to do was hold her so that she wouldn't get herself hurt. And he did just that, and wrapped his arms around her tightly, bringing her into his chest.
"I love you," he murmured and they both froze as the words left his mouth.
"You — you don't mean that," Ophelia whispered as she sat up and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. This was the first 'i love you' either of them has said to one another, and it shocked them. Yes, Ophelia was completely and utterly in love with Dean, but she wasn't one hundred percent sure if he felt the same way.
Dean sucked in a huge breath and he leaned forward, tilting her chin up so that she was looking in the eyes. "I haven't had the most of luck in that department. I have never felt this... strongly about someone before, not like what I feel for you. My heart is full of love for you Ophelia Mikaelson, and I don't care if you're a vampire. We'll work around that. All I know is that I love you with my whole heart and soul, and I can't see my life without you now that I have you."
His eyes held all his emotions and Ophelia sucked in a breath before leaning forward and pressing a kiss to his plump lips. "I love you too, Winchester," she murmured against his lips, and giggled as he smiled, pulling her in closer. "I am in love with you, and nothing is going to change that."
"Good," he murmured and laid her down on the bed, and he stayed above her. His left hand trailed up from her rear-end, and slowly made its way up to her stomach, and up. "I don't want you to go out there tomorrow and fight," he finally said what was on his mind.
Ophelia sighed and laid her head back on the pillow so that she was looking him in his beautiful green eyes. "I'm sorry Dean, but people are counting on me. Bella is counting on me. And we both know you want to go there and fight too," she told him before furrowing her brows. "I can fight. I am faster than them, stronger than them, smarter than them."
"And let's not forget prettier than them," he said and they both chuckled at the true fact. "I know. I'm being a hypocrite. But what if something goes wrong? What if they betray you? They already hurt you once, what's to say they won't do it again? And, by the way, I can't believe you didn't tell me that blonde cowboy was the one who broke your heart!"
Ophelia brought her thumb over his bottom lip and smirked. "I don't care about him anymore." She leaned forward and kisses his lips. "Bella is pretty close to being engaged to that disco ball, so I'm not going to cause problems for her. She's happy and in love with him. I would do anything for that her. Just like I would do anything for you and Sam. You guys are my family now. I take care of my family."
She pushed him over and straddled him. "And that's why I'm going to fight those newborns tomorrow. I'm going to rip them apart, one by one, to show the Cullen's that if they do one wrong thing again, they will have that same fate. They hurt me and Bella once, I'm not going to let it happen." She trailed her fingers down his chest and ripped open his flannel. She smirked as he let out something between a gasp and a moan. "Enough of them," she leaned down, her lips close to his, "how about we focus more on us?" She brought her mouth down to his chest, and started peppering kisses down his abdomen.
"I like the way you think," Dean moaned out as she started unbuckling his pants. "Oh, my — I love you!" He exclaimed as she ripped his pants off, and started crawling over him.
Ophelia giggled and leaned over him with a huge smile. "You better never stop saying those three words."
"I love you, baby girl," he whispered and grabbed her face, bringing her closer to him, and gave her a heated kiss.
