I bet y'all will never guess what this chapter's about

Anyway, I don't have any targeted rants are anything today (Wow 'targeted' makes it sound like I'm a bad person or something) so here's this, which is a very big generalized list of good and bad things about being ace

Also known as what I think about instead of academic stuff at school (Like actually nine out of ten times I space out, I'm thinking about something to do with asexuality?)

Soooooo...

Coming Out:

Pro: You won't have friends who will leave you because they think you'll have a crush on them

Con: You'll have to  a) explain to them what asexuality is  b) convince them it's real  c) convince them that you understand it more than they do  d) they still don't exactly get it

For this, I've explained it to most of my friends that it's like how they see a gender they're not attracted to (I'm yet to come out to a pan person)

Puns:

Pro: This isn't for everyone because if you don't like puns, it obviously isn't helpful, but if you do, it opens a lot of things to make puns about

Con: No one knows anything about asexuality, so your puns go over everyone's heads

Sleepovers:

Pro: *Someone says let's play fuck, marry, kill* "I'm asexual, so I wouldn't want to fuck anyone or anything" You get to dodge it like a fifth grader!!

Con: For SOME REASON, all your friends forgot the parameters of asexuality, so you have to reteach them, and it becomes easier to just play along (this is a *little* specific towards me)

New friends:

Pro: If you find an asexual person in the wild, there's definitely a connection thingy that the straights don't have

Con: THERE ARE NO ASEXUALS ANYWHERE

If y'all have any other, comment them or something

Also, pwease send me questions or something to write about or literally anything because I have a talent for getting bored, but also because I wanna hear from y'all

Haha also sorry I keep saying y'all, it's one of those days *looks into the distance wistfully*
