After my kind of failed drawing of my good friend, I knew I needed more practice drawing real people in my anime style. So during class one day in primary school, I was flipping through my art book to find a fresh page to draw in and my friend wanted me to draw her. So I said yes! So this is the drawing of her:

The style was my own. But I got the inspiration off the internet. I referenced my friend's hair but I did change some parts to my own. We were in uniform but I just asked her what type of clothes she liked and referenced that. I drew it when I was around eleven and a half/three quarters. Around the start of the new year. It probably took me about half an hour to an hour but it might've taken a couple of days because I only drew it in class. So whenever I had free time during class, I would draw. Luckily, she sat on the same table as me so it was easy to reference her. This drawing's proportions were a bit better than the one in the previous chapter. The head size matched the size of the body a bit more and I had attempted to add clothing creases to make it more realistic. The hair was also a bit better as it had more volume. The eyebrows are so much better because they are thicker, not like the thin lines I used as eyebrows in the previous chapter. I could do some shading for improvement. Maybe some more volume to the hair. More accurate anatomy and proportions. It was a good attempt on the creases in the clothing as it made the drawing look more realistic. Overall, quite a good drawing!
