Can you guess who's next? Alya Césaire. After drawing Adrien, I took a break from drawing any art like this, sticking to smaller drawings to practice. But when I did get to it, it took me a long time like all the other Miraculous drawings. It's not like I didn't enjoy it though... it was great. Just a lot of work. If you're not familiar with Alya's character, here's the basis of it: Alya Césaire is Marinette's best friend. She's a very good journalist and is a very enthusiastic character with good ideas. So, here's the genius:

I was also twelve and a half when I drew this. Just a little while after I drew Adrien. So, it took me about half an hour to sketch before taking another half an hour to get the outline. It then took me about two hours to colour Alya in. Like Adrien, I stopped for a day and came back to it to add the other icons which took another two or so hours. It didn't take as long as Adrien but still took a good deal of my time. Which is fine... Alya's worth it. I'm really happy that my drawings started to lose the thick, blank, unnecessary outlines which are really not professional... for me, anyway. Alya's hair is pretty detailed but could be better. The blending is pretty good and Alya's shirt pattern is pretty good. The shading I was happy about. The proportions are okay... but Alya's neck is a little too long. I feel that the Rena Rouge drawing isn't that good, but I really like the Trixx drawing. It's quite cute. Overall, I'm really happy with this drawing!
