Hello!

Now . . . who likes Moana?

Also . . . who likes Lin-Manuel Miranda?

So, you are probably wondering why I brought up Moana. I drew her. Yep. That's pretty much it (ha, I like Pretty Much too). After really enjoying Moana, I gathered enough courage to draw her and colour her in with felt tip pens. Here is, (drumroll please) Baby Moana:

At the time, this was my favourite drawing. When I chose to draw Moana, I was stuck between drawing the baby version or the teenager version. Both are hard but obviously the teenage version would be harder. I chose the baby version 'cause I knew I wasn't experienced enough and I was afraid using the felt tip pens would mess up the drawing.
I referenced this drawing from a picture of Moana on the internet. Here's one similar to it:

I was also eleven and a half when I drew this.
This probably took me two to four hours to draw (with breaks in between).
I didn't expect the drawing to turn out as good as it did. It definitely could be better but I thought it'd turn out quite bad. I was very happy with how it turned out and my mum couldn't get enough of it. There was even a boy in my class who liked having staring competitions with my drawings (lmao XD). Specifically with Moana.
The proportions could've been a bit better but they are adequate. There could be more detail (but that is quite hard to do with felt tip pens). The colours are quite good. There is evidence of shading but it could be better.
Overall a great drawing which I really love!
