I giggled and wrapped my arms around his neck, leaning in to press my lips against his again. "You know I'm the last girl you'll ever kiss." I reminded him, breaking the kiss and moving on to his neck. I felt the rumble in his throat as he groaned a little. "I think I can be okay with that." He said, huskily. He sat up, pulling me with him, and pulled my shirt over my head. "I'm the last girl that you'll strip.' I laughed out. He smiled, and pushed me back down on the couch. "I'm okay with that too. As long as I get to do it A LOT." He pressed his lips to my collarbone, and I hissed out a breath. "I'm the last girl that you'll ever love." "You were the first girl that I ever actually loved." He replied, in between laying kisses on my body. "But you might not be the last." I froze for a moment, but he continued to drop kisses down my stomach. I shoved him back and sat up. "What?" I said, angrily. He started laughing at me, and it kind of pissed me off more. He placed his hands on my arms and looked me in eyes. "If we have a daughter...She will be the last girl that I love." I took a deep breath and pursed my lips. "You did that on purpose." I said, looking at him sternly, but then my eyes softened when what he said registered. "Oh...a daughter." He nodded looking at me thoughtfully, his blue eyes soft. "Kids...you want kids. Of course you do." "Don't you?" I shrugged. "I hadn't thought about it with you. With Nick, I did at first, but then everything went south and I vowed to never bring kids into that. Are we ready for kids?" He shook his head. "Of course not. I didn't mean right now...but we can practice trying." He winked and I laughed. "Always the smooth talker." I replied, lying back down on the couch. As I closed my eyes, and felt Colby all around me, skin on skin, our lips caressing each other's bodies, my nerves started to tingle and my world exploded like it always does with him. He pulled a blanket from the back of the couch over us, and I snuggled into him. "I love you Colby." I whispered, tired again. "I love you Y/n. Always." I drifted off to sleep, dreaming of little blue eyed boys with the best laugh, and little girls with chestnut brown hair and big, beautiful smiles.  The next day, I started planning. I moved Colby's arm from around me, got up, and pulled the blanket back up on him, leaning over to kiss him lightly on the lips. Then I got my phone and went into the bedroom. Serena answered the phone after the first ring. "Hey y/n! Did you guys have fun camping? Sorry we couldn't come." "Hey babe! It's fine. I know that Brennen had that meeting pop up. We had a blast though. I wish you guys could've came too. But that's not why I'm calling. I'm ready." "You're ready for what?" She asked, sounding confused. "Oh wait....really?" She shrieked into the phone. I pulled it away from my ear until she calmed down. "I can start helping with the wedding?! Oh my God, I'm so excited! I didn't expect it to be so soon! Wait, when is the date? Are you planning for it in like a couple of years or a couple of days? What are we working with here?" I laughed at her hyper ass. "How about in a few months. October 17th to be exact." I replied. "Oooo, we don't have much time but we got this!" She exclaimed excitedly. "So what church are we doing this at? I know you've thought about it." I shook my head, even though I knew she couldn't see me. Habit. "No church. We want it on the beach." "Oh my God, that's perfect." She replied, in a dreamy voice. "We can get a gazebo or a trellis archway for the day. Braid whatever flower that you choose through it. Have you thought about flowers?" "Kind of. I want the color scheme to be a couple of shades of blue, offset by white...so maybe forget-me-nots and white roses?" This whole conversation was making me nervous. I wasn't very good at planning things but Serena was amazing at it. "Look, just come over and you can ask all the questions that you need too, so that you and the girls can pull this together for me. Please?" She laughed. "Deal. We can all go out to lunch." I let out a breath of relief. "Sounds good. Where?" "You're the bride. You choose." I made a face at those words. "That sounds weird. Um...Hilltop?" I asked, naming the coffee shop a few blocks down. "Yeah, that sounds great. You texting the others?" She asked me. "Yeah, I got it. See you in about an hour." "Sounds good! Bye love!" We hung up and I walked back into the living room. Colby was still asleep on the couch. He looked so sweet and innocent lying there, almost like a child. I smiled to myself, thinking about how lucky I was to call him mine. I texted the girls really quick, then I texted Colby so that he would see it when he woke up, to let him know where I was at. Walking over to the couch, I leaned down and kissed him on the forehead, then went to take a quick shower and get ready. I caught an Uber to the cafe, and found that the girls were already there, sitting at a table in the back. They waved to me when I walked in. Kat stood up and hugged me, Devyn and Tara behind her, waiting their turn. "I can't believe you picked a date! I'm so happy!" She almost looked like she was about to cry. "Colby picked the date actually." I replied, sitting down after hugging everyone. "I picked the season." They laughed. "Left the hard work up to him, huh?" Serena joked, and winked at me. I looked at her and smiled. "He's just so good at it." "Oh, what kind of hard work are we talking about here?" Tara said, laughing and I blushed.
