Colby's voice grew even louder and angrier, but he kept that evil little grin on his face. I leaned forwards to watch his face. "You haven't been number one in a long time. You were just a means to an end, a good, quick f*ck to take the edge off, with no strings attached." She sobbed and threw her hand over her mouth. His voice got low again and rumbled up from his chest in a growl. "Walk away Tessa. Now. I'm done with you." She turned and ran back up to the barn, her hand still over her mouth. Colby slammed his fist down on the hood of his car. "F*CK!" "Colby, Dylan!" I saw Jackson come running over to them. "What's up bro? You good?" Colby was breathing heavy, staring down at the hood of the car. "He's fine J, chill for a minute." Jackson's eyes flicked to mine, and widened, trailing over me. I realized that I still didn't have any clothes on. They were still inside that horrible little room, on the dirty ground where Johnny had thrown them. I crossed my arms over my chest and averted my eyes away from his. "Is everything okay?" He asked Dylan. "Why doesn't y/n have any clothes on? What happened?" Colby's head snapped up. "Damn it." He walked to the back of the car, got something out of the trunk, and came over to my door, opening it. "Here. I'm sorry baby. I wasn't thinking." He passed me his Original black Take Chances hoodie, helping me slide it over my head. As I reached up to pull it down over my body, I realized that my hands were shaking pretty bad. "Oh," When I opened my mouth, my teeth started chattering like I was in a frozen lake. My body was freezing, but not from the chill in the air. I actually was in shock, the adrenaline from it, finally trying to leave my body. Colby grabbed both of my hands in his, and brought them to his lips, laying feather light kisses on my knuckles. I noticed that his own knuckles were seeping blood, from several cuts. "Jesus baby," I breathed out, staring at his hands. He glanced down, his eyebrows shooting up, like he just noticed it. "Huh," he bit his lip, staring at them for a second before meeting my gaze. "It's fine. I've had worse. I'm just worried about you." He leaned over and kissed the top of my head. "I'm taking you home." I nodded and leaned back again, burying my face in his hoodie. Just his smell was enough to make me feel a little better. He clasped hands with Dylan and Jackson, then hugged both before he opened his door. "I'll see you later man. Let me know what goes on with Johnny." "Will do brother. Let me know if you need us for anything. Maybe we can still hang out before you leave." Dylan replied. Colby glanced at me, then back to Dylan. "Maybe. We'll see. I'll see you." They lifted their hands, and Colby got into the car, closing the door. "You still feel okay? Do you want me to take you to the hospital?" His eyes were earnest and worried, staring at me, searching my face. I brought my hand to his face. "I'm okay. I promise. John-He didn't get to do anything...like that." Relief crossed his face, and his hands came up covering it. "Oh thank God. I thought that I had gotten there in time, but I wasn't sure." He scrubbed his face with his hands then looked back at me. "I'm so sorry that I let this happen to you. I can't believe Tessa! She f*cking drugged you!" He slammed his palm down on the steering wheel, making me jump. "I can't believe her...are you sure you don't want me to take you to the hospital for that? Just let them check you out and make sure that everything is okay?" I sighed. I really just wanted to go to Colby's parent's house and sleep, but I knew that I should go get checked just to be sure. I didn't know what they had given me. Something that started with a K? I vaguely remembered Johnny mentioning it. "I guess so...can you get my clothes first? I don't really wanna go in there like this." He gave me a small smile and leaned over to kiss my cheek. "Yeah baby. I'll be right back." I leaned back and closed my eyes, while he got out of the car. I was almost asleep when I hear the door open again and Colby climbed back in, laying my clothes across my lap. "You can change in the car or wait till we get there and use the bathroom." I shook my head. "I'll change here. I've had enough people see me in my underwear tonight, I think." His knuckles turned white, gripping the steering wheel, and his mouth turned into a straight line but he didn't respond to my careless words. I slipped my pants on, then my socks and shoes, and laid back in the seat exhausted. God, I just wanted to sleep. Overland park wasn't that big so it didn't take us too long to reach the emergency room, and thankfully, it wasn't very busy. Colby parked and wrapped one arm around my waist, helping support me. "I'm okay Colby. I can walk." He still didn't speak, just tightened his arm around me. I sighed again, but I let him help me inside. After waiting for about 30 minutes, they finally called me back. We followed the nurse to a small room, and I sat on the bed, while Colby took the single chair in the room. She took some basic information, my name, insurance, the reason I was there. When I said that I thought that I had been drugged, her eyes flicked to Colby, then back to me. She didn't pressure me to give her any more details and for that I was grateful. "Is there any chance you might be pregnant?" My stomach dropped. I hadn't even thought about that anymore. I had a vague recollection of is passing through my mind under the haze of the drugs, but nothing more than that. "Um..." I looked at Colby.
