"Rihmeek, stand right there and smile. I won't say it again," Nicki said sternly.

He stomped over, standing between Ayane and Asami. He forced a fake smile and Nicki took two pictures. She quickly posted them to Facebook.

Nic Maraj-Williams
My little babies are all grown up! 😩 My precious first born is now a first grader, but he doesn't seem too happy about it. 🤣 Meanwhile my baby girls are headed to kindergarten!!! They've been promoted. My little shining stars are only three (almost 4!) but they're so intelligent. My loves. 🥰

P.S.  someone PLEASE tell Rihyas to go to school or get a job! He sits on his lazy, unemployed behind every single day. Smh. Toddlers. 😩😩😩😂!

She hit send and locked her phone.

"Rihmeek, come here."

He walked over, dragging his feet while pouting. Nicki bent down to his level, looking at him.

"What's wrong? Why are you acting like this?" She asked.

"First grade is scary," he mumbled, crossing his arms.

Nicki sighed, grabbing his arms gently. "It might seem scary, but you'll get through it. You'll make new friends and get good grades. I promise it's not as scary as it seems, okay? Everything will be okay."

"Do you really promise?" He asked.

"I pinky promise."

She held out her pinky and he gave her a small smile, connecting their pinkies. Nicki grinned and kissed his cheek.

"You're a big boy. You'll be fine."

Meek walked in, brushing his waves while holding Rihyas. Nicki stood up and smiled at him.

"Look at them," she said.

Meek smiled, seeing his kids in their school uniforms. Rihmeek's hair was now down to his knees. Nicki had it in four long braids, and he had a taper. The girls both wore their uniforms shirts and skirts. Their hair was also long, but Nicki pulled it up into a high ponytail. The front of their hair had two long hanging braids with barrettes on the ends.

"Y'all ready for school?" Meek asked.

They all nodded, smiling. Meek chuckled, looking down at his watch. "It's time to go."

Nicki stood up, following them all out of the room. They went into the garage, getting in Meek's new truck. Once everyone was inside and all strapped in, they pulled off.

"I'm tired," Nicki yawned.

"You ate breakfast?" Meek asked, glancing over.

Nicki shook her head. "No. I know you cooked breakfast, but I didn't eat. They ate all of their food, right?"

"Yeah. I packed they lunches, too," he told her. "We can stop and get you something on the way back home. You wanna go to a restaurant or just pick up something?"

"Just pick up something. I'm not dressed to be out. I look crazy right now," she laughed.

Meek chuckled, looking over. "Nah, you still look good."

"Mhm, if you say so. I'm ready to get back in bed."

They pulled up to the elementary school and got out. Nicki had on gray sweats with a matching gray hoodie, and black shoes. Her hair was thrown up into a messy bun and she had on no makeup. Her eyebrows were perfectly arched and she had on long lashed.
