Chapter 13"A Bad Morning"

~Wednesday morning~

The teens (without Danny lol) and Aunt May had walked down the stairs then stops as they see Peter laying on the couch with his head on the arm of the couch and the computer on his chest as he was covering his eyes with his right hand

Aunt May:Peter!! Did you stay up all night??*she quickly ran towards Peter and had crouched down to him with a worried expression*

Peter:*he then smiles as his right hand slips off his eyes*Who needs sleep nowadays??*Sam then walked towards the kitchen to prepare breakfast*

Ava:Were you up all night finishing your project??

Peter:Yeah...that's what 8 cups of coffee does to you

Sam:He's not kidding*he shows them the empty coffee powder can*We couldn't even finish this in a month, and the dumbass finished it in about 10 hours

Peter:Actually it was 5 hours*he then moved to sit straight as he moves the computer onto the small table in front of him*

Luke:Well you better get dressed and washed up, we're going to school in an hour*he then heard creaks from the staircase and sees Danny with messy hair walking down the staircase and towards Luke*And speaking of getting washed up

Ava:You too Danny??

Danny:*he rubs his eyes as he spoke to Ava in a sleepy dull tone*Me what??

Luke:I thought I told you to sleep last night

Danny:I did, but I woke up

Luke:I can see that, but why??

Danny:I just couldn't sleep...what's for breakfast

Luke:You'll get breakfast after you get ready for school*he grabs Danny's shoulders and spins him around and pushes him towards the staircase then Danny walked up the stairs as Luke walks back towards the living room then he sits next to Ava and Peter as Aunt May was with Sam in the kitchen*

Ava:I'll be taking that computer from you now*she grabs the computer from the table then places it on her lap as Peter's head had slid over to Ava's shoulder with his eyes closed*

Luke:What for??

Ava:To check my grades*she then turns the computer on and started typing the password and a news article pops up*Wow, Karen Page is really into this murder case

Luke:What do you mean*he leans over Ava's shoulder and looks down to the computer on her lap*

Ava:Turns out the police arrested 2 gang members, they said that they found evidence of them committing the murder

Luke:How did they get evidence??

Ava:Supposedly they had witnesses, the witnesses saw them gang up on the guy in a alley and saw them leave with blood on one of their shirts

Luke:Then maybe Pete didn't do it

Ava:Maybe, but we better wait for more news before we jump to conclusions

Jessica was dressed ready for school. She then grabs her bag and her steel water bottle from her bag then she walks out of her room closing the door behind her. She then walks towards the kitchen and walks towards the kitchen cabinet and opens the drawer and grabs a Bourbon drink then places it on the table and removes the lid then pours it into her steel water bottle as footsteps was walking down the hallway.
