4 months later.

"GET OUT OF BED NOW!"

"Penny leave me alone I'm going to stay in bed whether you like it or not!"

"You can't just remain wrapped up like a baked potato."

"Yes I can." I groaned turning away from her.

"No you can't! You wake up, shower, eat and go straight back to bed again! That's not how we deal with our problems." Alina scolded.

I'd spent the past few days in bed figuring out ways to tell Julius my little secret without breaking his heart.

"Yeah well when Julius goes on the tour without me I will probably spend those 3 months in bed too. He's going to absolutely hate me!"

The doctors had made it clear that it would be incredibly dangerous for me to travel far ; meaning I would not be joining Julius on his worldwide territory tour as we had planned.

He had been so excited for it to just be our little family of 3. What's worse was that my husband had been having such a hard time juggling everything lately, he really needed this tour to just cool off and spend time with his son.

"Estrella he's not going to hate you. You're being overly dramatic. Besides, your health comes first." Ada sighed.

"This could have easily been avoided. He had this entire trip planned out for us. And now, I'm not going to be able to go. We both know he won't take Adonis with him unless I'm there."

"Estrella this isn't your fault. If you're looking for someone to blame, blame the laws of nature . You've been able to avoid him because he's been away on business, but tonight, he's going to be here and you're going to have to face him."

"Okay well I have some time so please leave me alone."

"It's 7:25 already. He's going to be here I'm just over an hour."

I sat upright silently praying that she was pulling my leg.

"Crap!"

"When he sees you, still in bed and looking like death, he's going to know something is up."

"Ughhhh." I groaned burying my head in my pillow.

"Yes life is so hard. Now get up, change into something pretty and fix that rat's nest on your head."

"Whats wrong with what I'm wearing?" I asked, frowning at my sister.

"You've been wearing nothing but leisure wear for the past 2 weeks. It's time to put on a dress or at least an outfit that doesn't say 'I'm giving up'.

Reluctantly I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom to splash cold water on my face. I grimaced at my appearance ; I did look a little disheveled.

Before changing, I brushed my hair and threw it into a quick bun.

I picked out an outfit hastily. A white short sleeve top and a maroon skater skirt.

I hadn't worn the skirt since before I had Adonis and it was a little shorter than I remembered it to be.

The three girls clapped as I came out of the bathroom.

"See? Isn't this so much better? Now let's go downstairs and show everybody that the Queen is out of hiding."

"Briefly out of hiding." I mumbled.

Penny rolled her eyes at me before dragging me by my arm down the stairs.

"Mommyyyyyy!" Adonis squealed, toddling towards me with his little legs.
