Hybrid

I saw a storyline similar on twitter, so I will say that I was inspired by @suneeish from twitter. 💜 thanks for inspiring this short story.

It was pretty nasty out after I left work, I quickly ran to my car trying to stay as dry as possible, getting into my car and starting it up, I could see what looked like a cardboard box. There was some type of writing on it. I quickly called the first person I could think of, my boyfriend.
"Hey babe, are you ok?" Namjoon voice rang with worry.
"I'm fine babe. I am going to look in this box outside of my car. I just wanted to call while I did it." I said quickly while getting out of my car to walk towards the box.
"Ohh...what's so interesting about a box?"
"I'm not sure it just caught my eye and it's near my car." I said as I went out to investigate. Getting closer I could make out what the writing on the box said ' Take Me Home'
"Joon, I think something is alive in the box." I said taking one final step.
"What?"
"Joon. Oh my gosh." I said as I immediately reached down in the box picking up a small hybrid child.
"What? What is it?"
"Joonie it's a baby Hybrid. He's so small and shaking." I said as I held him close and ran back to my car, grabbing a hoodie from the back seat and wrapping the small hybrid up.
"A hybrid, please be careful, it can be dangerous." He said quickly.
"It's a boy and I doubt he will do anything, he is just a little baby." I said as I turned the heat up in the car trying to get him warm. It was so cold out there and rainy.
"I will be home shortly with him." I said
"Okay see you soon."
- At Home -
I walked through the door shielding the small hybrid from the rain and wind.
"Babe were home." I said kicking my shoes off and dropping my bag.
"Honey." Joon said as he walked towards me and the small hybrid I held, he was awake and we talked a little during the car ride home.
"He is a baby."
"Yes and we need to keep him." I said
"Raine, I don't know..." Joon trailed off.
"Please! Babe he has no home." I pouted.
"We will see how this weekend goes."
"Yes." I said kissing his cheek and then taking my little baby upstairs to get him comfy.
"What's your name again honey?" I asked looking down at the little hybrid. He is just so adorable, he had little kitty ears and a little tail, his hair was black but he had skin as pure as sugar. He had big brown eyes and he was very soft spoken and quiet.
"I didn't have a name, my parents didn't like me." He sniffles.
"Oh no, it's ok. You can stay here with me, I will take care of you." I said pulling him in for a hug.
"I will call you Suga. Because you are so sweet." I said and he gave me the cutest little smile. And nodded his head.
"Let's get you in the bath and then changed and ready for bed." I said he just smiled as he held onto me.
- After Bath/Night routine-
I managed to find a shirt Namjoon nephew left so we had something for him to sleep in, we were all currently getting ready to eat, Joon almost set the kitchen on fire so we called in a pizza and watched some Disney movies. I then took our plates to the kitchen, tossing out the pizza box and cleaning up a bit, after 20 mins I finished cleaning and headed back to the living room where I left the boys to find Suga laying on Joonie lap sleeping soundly.
"Awww." I squealed a little.
"Shhh. Don't wake him." Joon said, he picked up Suga ever so gentility and we walked upstairs to our room resting him in between us and he the scooted closer to Joon, holding onto his arm and I just cooed like a proud mom.
"I think he will do well here. Also I think he likes you all ready." I smiled kissing Namjoon quickly before turning off the light and closing my eyes.

A/N something different. Thinking bout doing a part 2 when Suga is a bit older....we haven't seen much of his personality but maybe this can be a mini series. 🤷🏽‍♀️. Let me know thoughts on this one! 💕
