Frustrated

~Bonnie is the child of Evelyn & Taehyung she is 10 years old. ~

Bonnie POV
I woke up excited about today because mom said that daddy would be home and I can't wait!! I get to see him after so long! I also get to celebrate my birthday with him since he won't be here in a few weeks for my actual birthday.
"Bonnie!" My mom yelled and I quickly got up and ran down to the living room where she was with tannie.
"Hi mama!" I smiled.
"Are you excited for today?" She smiled at me.
"Yess! I get to see daddy today!" I yelled and she had a sad expression but she quickly put a smile on her face.
"He will be here later tonight." She said and I smiled cause it would be later.
"But we are going to the aquarium today, just like you asked." She smiled and I cheered
"Aquarium! Aquarium!" I said as I marched around the living room.
"Go get dressed and we will head out." She said and I raced upstairs to find a outfit for the day.
—At the Aquarium—
We got to the aquarium and go to see so many amazing fish and sea life. I had so much fun, we then decided to go to a new place mama said I would love for lunch.
"Are you having a good day?" She asked as the waiter put our food down, I got a grilled cheese and some fries.
"Yes mama! And this is so yummy!" I smiled
"We can go to that candy shop you like too, and then head back home. And for dinner we can have pizza and watch movies all night if you want." Mama said and I smiled at the idea but wait.
"Daddy can watch movies with us right?" I asked her and she looked at me with such a sad look.
"What?"
"Nothing. Let's finish and head to the candy store."
We finished up our lunch and then headed out to the candy store where I was allowed to get whatever I wanted, and so I got some chocolates and a few new candies to try, I was so excited and then we checked out and we were heading back home.
"Mama, when is daddy coming?" I asked looking up at her as we held hands. She didn't say anything to me, so I thought she didn't hear me so I asked again. "Mamaaaaa. When is daddy coming?" I whined and still no response it's like she was ignoring me on purpose, we finally reached the car and we were driven home and she was having small talk with our driver so I couldn't asked any more but when we got home I was ready to ask again.
—At Home—
We walked in and took our shoes off putting them away neatly and we dropped our bags to the dinning room floor.
"Mama."
"Hmm?" She hummed
"When is daddy coming?" I asked and she sighed and took my hand and sat us on the couch. She turned and looked at me.
"Honey you know your dad loves you very much." She started and I stared into her eyes shocked how could I have not noticed? She let me do just about whatever I wanted today to cover up that he wasn't coming.
"No!" I yelled at her tears falling as I pulled my hand from hers.
"Bonnie."
She said sternly
"No mama! It's not fair! I want my dad and I can't have him! He is nver here. He doesn't want me!" I yelled at her and she grabbed both my arms gently as she stared into my teary eyes.
"Why would you say that?" She asked me with concern covering her face.
"The kids from school, they talk about me because my dad is never home and said he doesn't want me. It must be true!" I yelled just then the front door opened and my dad comes walking in with a wrapped box and some balloons. I took the time to slip out of my moms hold and run to my room slamming the door and beating myself under my comforter, crying my eyes out.

Evelyns POV
I sighed as I turned to look at my husband, he looked confused and I stood and walked over to him, and kissed him.
"What happened?" He asked confused.
"Bonnie is having a hard time with, you being away so much." I said and he sighed.
"I-I-
"Baby it's ok, it's not your fault just hard on her I guess." I said to him and he looked so hurt, I raised on hand and placed it on his cheek and gave him a little smile.
"It's okay we will get through it, I promise. She is just frustrated." I said to him and he looked at me, I kissed him and he kissed me back.
"Maybe I should go talk to her?" He said
"Let her calm down first." I told him and he moved to the dinning room table to put down the gift he bought her and the balloons and he started to head towards her room.
"Tae, she needs a little space." I told him.
"But-"
"Baby trust me, she won't do anything but shut down more. Give her I say 20 minutes and then go in." I told him and he pulled me into a hug and I just held him, when I heard him sniffle and I pulled back to look at him.
"Aww baby what's wrong?" I asked
"I didn't know this was so hard on her." He said and I pulled him to the couch and we sat together me wiping his tears as he cried a little.
"It's hard on all of us even you, but we will work through it. It's only for a little longer." I said
"Yeah we had our meeting today I think this is our last tour." He said sighing.
"It's ok baby, you and the guys had an amazing 15 years. But we all knew this would happen someday. ARMY will always love and support you guys, and your still making music for now." I said and he smiled at me.
"Yeah you're right, I need to also be here for my family especially if I want another kid." He said as he began to attack my lips causing me to laugh.
"Taehyung." I whined and he just laughed.
"Wait baby, I gotta tell you something." I said and he stopped and looked to me and I told him what Bonnie me about the kids from her school and he kissed me and stood up heading down to Bonnie room.

Bonnie POV
I woke up to someone running there hands through my hair, and after a few minutes I realized it was my dad. I had fallen asleep from crying so much and my back was facing him so he didn't know I was awake yet.
"I'm so sorry Bonnie that I'm not home as much, that I don't get to celebrate things like your birthday and your dance recitals with you. I wish I could but soon." He said quietly. I then turned and looked at him.
"Really?" I asked him and he smiled at me.
"Yes honey, soon. I'm sorry I made you upset. But know that I will ALWAYS want you, those kids at your school have no clue what they are talking about." He said and I started to tear up again and I shot forward hugging my dad really tight and he hugged me back kissing the top of my head.
"I love you so so sooooo much my lil bon bon." He said calling me by my nickname.
"I love you too daddy." I mumbled into his neck as I was still hugging him.
"Let's got celebrate your birthday! I got you a gift." He said and she hopped off of her bed and to the living room spotting the box on the dinning room table, and she began to rip the paper off of the box, opening the box and finding so much art supplies, and a few cards from her uncles. They all gave her money and told her how much they miss her.
"Thank you! Thank you!" I shouted as I ran and hugged my dad as he stood next to my mama.
"Also I got you a few albums you wanted for your album collection, I got Persona & Answer." He said as he handed me the albums that were behind his back.
"Yay!!!" I shouted as I shouted some more. It's easy to say that we got closer from that day on. I talked out my frustrations and I had the best birthday!
