The Fall

[A Little Background : I live in South Korea, this is my 3rd year being here, I am a teacher and I just love it so much. I live in a apartment with my best friend I met 2 years ago when I was looking for a roommate. We both are fans of Kpop but her Ult group is Ateez while mine is BTS however we both love the others groups and many more.]
I came home exhausted after a long day at work and it was hot so traveling to and from work wasn't any better. I dropped down on the couch beside Yuki. {Yuki is your roomie and she is half Japanese & Korean}
"How was work?" She asked not even bothered by me dropping myself next to her.
"Fine. It's just too hot." I whined
"Well you better cool off quick remember we gotta get to the Kpop shop if you want to try and meet BTS." She said and I sighed and got up and quickly goin to my room and throwing on shorts and a black tank top.
—After Kpop Shop—
We bought about 8 albums each to try and win and we're now heading to get some food, we were at a local ramen shop not far from our apartment chatting it up about work and just the day.
"Yuki!" We heard a voice and we both turned and looked to see a handsome man walking our way.
"I'm sorry, Yuki. It's me Mitchell, we were in a few dances together." He said and she smiled seeing an old friend.
"Oh yes!" She said "This is my friend Penelope." She introduced me.
"Nice to meet you." He smiled soon after the two of they both got to talking.
"Hey Yu Imma heads up." I said
"I'm sorry I can-
"No no please stay, we live together so you're fine. Nice meeting you." I smiled and headed off to head home, nice thing was our apartment was a block away and it was still some daylight so i headed home and got to the top floor to our apartment, which Yuki comes from a well off family, and he parents paid for our apartment. I walked in putting my shoes away neatly and then heading to my room to put my new albums away, and then go shower. After a nice relaxing shower I blasted my BTS playlist and began dancing around my room with zero cares in the world when I turned to see the hotel across the street and it looked at though someone was watching me, Not in a creepy way but like he didn't realize I was dancing around my room and caught me. I was embarrassed so I quickly shut my curtains thankfully I was wearing my shorts and a oversized shirt.
I kept the rest of the night uneventful, and decided on a show on Netflix and just relaxed until a certain person came into my room and crawled into my bed.
"Hi Yuki, how was Mitchell?" I asked wagging my eyebrows
"He May or May it have asked me on a date." She said shyly.
"Oh my gosh!!!!" I said and we both were so excited we then spent the night just talking and watching movies.
—1 month later—
It happened! I was at work when I saw the email, I had gotten chosen for a fan meet with BTS and I had 1 extra ticket. I was beyond excited, I went home to find Yuki and Mitch making out on the couch.
"Oh god!" I said dramatically
"My eyes!" I said and I head them laughing.
"Guess what!" I shouted.
"Why are you yelling?"
"I got tickets to the fan meet!" I yelled and then she joined me and we both danced together.
"What fan meet?" Mitch asked wrapping his arms around Yuki waist
"BTS fan meet its in a week. I am so excited!!!" I said as I raced off to my room. We spent the week making little gifts for the guys, (of course I would take my best friend with me.) and we made little letters as well. I was so excited I would finally get to meet Jungkook, we were finally getting ready for the big day, the fan meet was a few days before the concert.

Yuki was ready and Mitch was driving us since we didn't have a car, we were soon on our way!
—During Fan meet—
We had been here for a few hours waiting for our turn to go meet the guys, Yuki was so happy and we were fangirling together. The guys were interacting with us that were waiting in between fans. Finally it was my turn to get in line but yuki was behind video taping. I was so excited. After 20 mins I was next, First was Jin and he was super sweet he told me a few dad jokes he knew in English, and he was happy to receive his mini cookbook I gave him with a few American recipes. Next was Jimin and he held my hands and smiled as I expressed my love for his dancing and his love for singing I gave him a headband I made and he put it on. Next was RM he was so kind and he smiled a bunch his dimples on full display and I smiled showing him my single dimple and he called it cute! I gave him a notebook for his lyrics and I drew on the cover of it. Next was Hobi and I told him how much I loved his personality and how he danced, he smiled at me and gave me lots of finger hearts I gifted him a sunshine that I painted with rainbow colors. Next was Yoongi and I told him how much he helped me through hard times and how he inspired me to move to Korea to teach, he was so kind and just nodded in understanding and smiled at me. I gave him a notebook as well for inspiration and I drew on the front as well as left encouraging messages inside. Lastly was Jungkook and I smiled as I walked closer to him but I have no idea what happened but next thing I know I was on the ground. I had fallen...in front of not only my bias but all of BTS and a good portion of the fans that were still here. I guess I missed a step, but I was mortified. Everyone was looking at me when a few girls started to laugh and I sat up smiling out of pure embarrassment. Some of the staff ran over to check to see if I was alright, but I got up and quickly walked out, ignoring Yuki yelling my name. Only hearing the laughter of the people there and seeing the shocked faces of the members, I just needed to get out. I could feel my heart beating very fast and I felt like I couldn't breathe, I found a spot to sit down right outside of the exit from the conference room where the fan meet was being held.
'I can't believe I embarrassed myself so badly.' I thought sitting with my face in my hands.
"Penelope!" Yuki yelled as she ran towards me.
