~chapter five~

The first thing I saw that morning was a text from Loren telling me that she wanted to hear the details about last night.

I told the poor girl that nothing really happened and after my morning rituals before school my Uncle drove me to Satan's home aka Eastwood.

"Morning!" Chirps Loren and I hug her sticking to my happy façade knowing that I'll need it, "you have the after school today" she winks

"Oh shit" I say and my stomach tingles as I think of being alone with Mr Romano in his office but then his blonde bimbo from last night invaded my happiness

That could've been his date? Or maybe a one night stand or his sister? maybe not his sister, that's wishful thinking.

"So nothing happened, you bumped into him that was all?" She asks me seeming as down as I do about that and I shrug drinking my chocolate milk

"Yeah pretty much" I say as two large hands grip my shoulders and I turn around to see Grayson and the rest of the group

"You scared me!" I say as they all sit down and Grayson chuckles, his hand dangerously resting near my area, he draws circles on my thigh

"Grayson!" I warn him and he flashes me his famous grin that gets all the girls and I notice how his nose ring is out, "you took it out?" I ask him

"Yeah. I got bored of it" he says shrugging and he removes his hand from my thigh but I take his hand and place it back, he grins at me.

"Earth to Cara and Grayson?" Says Aaliyah and we all look in the direction that Aaliyah is pointing in and my stomach does somersaults

What a fine specimen

"He's looking damn fine today" says Aaliyah and I couldn't agree more, he's hair is all tousled and I can feel the frustration he has from over here.

"Yummy" says Aaliyah and I feel jealousy look in my stomach as she practically eats him with her eyes and Grayson scoffs

"I don't get what you see in that meatball" he says pushing his cereal bar away from him exaggerating a bit and Aaliyah rolls her eyes

"What's not to like? He's tall, Italian, tanned and he is older; which means he has more experience" she lists off and I have to agree.

"She's right, he's the most handsome man I've ever laid my eyes on" I say and Grayson rolls his eyes at me, moving his hand up my body

I slap his hand away and he puts his hand under the table, back on his side and I miss the warmth bit I would rather have Mr Romano touching me.

"That's the bell" says Loren breaking me from my tearing, sexual fantasies and we all stand up to head to Economics.

"See you later, have fun in detention" says Aaliyah hugging me and I thank her pulling my Louis Vuitton bag back onto my shoulder

"You lucky devil" says Brittany and Lucas fakes a pout and she kisses him and they all say goodbye heading away from school

I go back into school and make my way to his office and knock feeling a bit shaky but after hearing his mellifluous deep voice it calms me instantly.

"Come in" he says and I walk in smiling at him and he nods with a stern face wringing his hands together

"Take a seat please Cara" he says and I do as he says feeling mischievous and slightly horny in front of my assistant principal.

"You're only going to be here for thirty minutes but that should be long enough for you to organise my draws" he says and I try not to sigh

I walk around the other side of his desk looking at the overflowed desk and I get to work instantly, he is sat typing away in the corner.

After five or so minutes I start to get bored of altering to him sighing occasionally and typing away like some madman... It's time to have fun.

"Mr Romano who was that girl you were on a date with last night?" I ask him as I pop my bubblegum and he looks over at me confused

"My date was called Angeline" he says in a teacher voice and I try not to slam his computer shut as my frustration peaks

"She didn't seem like the type of woman you would go for" I tell him and I don't look at him but I hear himself too typing for a second or two

"Well thank you for the observation but you clearly don't know what my type is then" he says and I place my hands on my hips

"I do" I say chewing my gum and he looks at me say in his floor with papers around me, he also looks at my short skirt that has ridden up to show off my legs

"What's my type then Miss Delores" he mocks and I sit up slightly unbuttoning my shirt and I watch his eyes stay firmly on my face

"Oh Mr Romano, aren't blondes with tacky plastic surgery a bit overrated these days?" I ask him and he sits up looking annoyed

"Not to me and she doesn't have surgery" he says rolling his eyes and I shrug not caring that I seemed to offend him

"Where has this highly inappropriate conversation came from?" He asks me watching as I stack a few bits of paper

"I was bored and I wanted to know more about your date last night" I say bitterly and he must've picked up on this as he chuckles

"Well now you know, please get back to work" he says continuing with his obnoxious typing and I stand up in front of him

"What's your name Sir" I say forgetting what Aaliyah said his name was and he sucks in a deep breath and I notice his Romano Junior stick up slightly

"Salvatore" he says and I love the way it rolls off his tongue and I hum in response getting back to work and he smiles sarcastically at me

"Nice name, I like Italian names" I say sounding genuine to anyone listening, but I know he would've been thinking that it was in a more enticing tone

"You can go now, your detention is finished" he says and I look at the clock above me noticing that he's letting me out twenty minutes early

"Oh thank god" I say dramatically collecting all my stuff and he watches me with a small smile across his lips

"You will be in attendance of Art club tomorrow?" He inquired and I nod eagerly, "of course, wouldn't miss it for the world" I wink playfully

"See you tomorrow Miss Delores" he says and I leave him hanging by not replying and as I walk down the corridor I feel my sanity leave my body.
