It was his idea first, you said yes. He likes the idea of having a barbed wire around his bicep. Maybe you could get one on your forearm

Reluctant, but he'll most likely get it. It's really all up to you, you design it and if he likes it then he'll get it. Most likely on his chest or his shoulder, maybe a sleeve?
