Scarlett, Fabian, Alfie, and Patricia had found where Rufus was keeping Jerome. They watched carefully to see if anyone was going to leave the building Rufus had just entered.
Patricia looked around the corner, "That must be Rufus' car."
"He's still inside," Fabian voiced.
"Okay, we outnumber Rufus four to one, so when I give the signal, attack," Alfie instructed.
"Oh, I like that plan," Scarlett agreed. "Take him down like we should have last year."
Fabian glanced at them in shock, "No. Let's stake the place out first, see if he leaves. If he does, we try and break-in, See if Jerome's in there."
"Or we can play it your way," Alfie muttered.
"Yeah, the boring way," Scarlett huffed.
"All right, come on. Let's go."
Fabian began forward, hiding behind the next wall.
Once they were hidden they saw Jerome run out of the building, obviously having just escaped Rufus.
"Go, Jerome," Alfie cheered.
They watched as Jerome hid behind a stack of hay.
"Fabian, do something," Scarlett hissed.
Fabian looked around, grabbing a rock close by and throwing at a door a good distance away from where Jerome was really hidden. They quickly hid as Rufus moved from the area Jerome was.
They sighed in relief, only for that relief to flood away as Jerome knocked something over.
"Jerome. Come out, come out, wherever you are," Rufus mocked.
Scarlett watched as Rufus made his way into the haystacks, exactly where Jerome was hiding. She could only watch as Jerome thought he was getting away from Rufus only to run straight into him.
Rufus grabbed him, "You really think that you could get away with it that easily? You are a valuable pawn. And a little leverage goes a long way."
They were back in the barn.
"Follow me. Let's see if we can get a better look," Fabian instructed, leading them in a different direction.
Little did they know Eddie was following them.

They managed to get to a place where they could see into the barn and hear everything Rufus was saying, which included a lot about becoming a God with the Mask of Anubis. They were ushered away from the wall by Fabian.
"Okay, Rufus is batshit crazy," Scarlett blurted. "All that stuff about being a god is just crazy talk, right?" She got no answer. "Right?"
Fabian shook his head, "Yeah, but what if it isn't? What if that's what Senkhara wants, to enter the afterlife and become a god."
