Chapter 6

Gulf POV

I and Mew have been walking for half an hour now. We started to talk about some little things. I can see that he is a nice person, prank but nice. He has a very attractive smile. It looks like it is the most beautiful and genuine thing you can ever see. He smiles as he talks about things.

"So how long are you and Mild are gonna stay here??" He asked me so I looked at him briefly before answering

"ahh about that, maybe for 2 weeks or less it depends. To tell you the truth I am kind of a busy person. I didn't even think about having this vacation at all but my persuasive of a best friend wanted me to come here. I can't say no to him so here I am because I don't have a choice but to agree. " I said to him

"Good thing it happens, I will not see you if you didn't !!" He said in a small voice like a whisper

"Excuse me?" I asked him cause I didn't hear him properly

"Ahh nothing, I just said that it's nice that you decided to go here. I know how stressful life in the city is. It's nice to relax sometimes to regain all your positive energy." He smilingly said to me. I smiled back at him

"Your right about that, it is the one main reason why I agree." I said to him

We just keep on walking when

"Hi Mew!! Where were you headed to?? Is he your cousin from the city??" Some middle-aged woman asked Mew out of nowhere. I saw how mew smile at her. I think they know each other.

"Ah nowhere Auntie, I'm just accompanying him." He smilingly answered her.

Is she his Auntie??

"Ahh OK! A tourist??" She asked again

"Ahh Yes, Auntie!!" He answered again. I was just looking at them

"Okay!! See you tomorrow, Tell me if you needed some help again with the hotel ahh!! Even if it's not operational again you know how much that hotel is important to us, we all are happy to help you anytime." She smilingly said to me. Mew just smiled at her then she walked away

We continue and I saw how every people we encounter in this place greeted Mew every time they see him it's like they all knew him somehow which is very fascinating. Mew just greeted them and calls the oldies Auntie or Uncle and bro and sis for the youngster.

"Wow! Is every people in this place your relative??" I asked him cluelessly but he just laughs at me as if laugh so hard!! He stopped when he realized that I'm starting to feel annoyed.

Is there something wrong with what I asked him? I just continue to walk.

One fun fact about me is that my patience is very thin.

I just left him there and continue to walk away but he quickly runs after me and stopped me

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend you, I just really find it funny that you thought that every people here is my relative haha how I wish but no! They are not my relatives, I just know all of them." He casually said to me as we continue to walk again.

I was shocked by what he said!! Is it possible to know everyone in your community??

"Really!! Wow, that's amazing!!" I said to him happily. How I wish I can be like him. My parents are always cautious about me from when I was a kid till a teenager. My mother had so many miscarriages that they didn't think they will have another baby!! I'm kind of a miracle baby!! Maybe that is why I learn to live my life to the fullest when I was in colleges
