you fall asleep on payton's chest in the hammock.

P | audrey.

you groan.

P | were going into the tent?

A | can you take me there?

you say with you sleepy eyes.

P | of course baby.

he lifts you up and you wrap your arms around his neck. you've never really gotten like this with a guy. he's really getting a side of you that nobody else sees. with you head buried in his chest you fall asleep fast. your weekend goes AMAZING! and went by really really fast. you get back to payton's house and spend a few hours in the studio with his working on the last touches on his song. when you get home you pack up your things since payton is heading for California tonight.

A | you're going to be gone for so long.

you pout.

P | i promise i'll come right home to see you.

he comes over and kisses you on the forehead.

P | you know i'm going to miss you the most.

A | you won't stop calling every night, will you?

P | of course not.

A | can you fall asleep on the phone?

P | yes. anything for you.

you smile.

P | you're adorable.

he helps you pack up the rest of your stuff.

P | i have one more thing for you.

A | what is it?

he walks around to the other side of his room and opens his top drawer and walks back over with a box.

P | open it.

you look at him a little confused and open the little box. it's a black bracelet with a little box on it.

A | what is it?

P | it's a bond bracelet. have you heard of it?

A | no.

P | well, i'll have one too. and we connect through an app so whenever you touch it, it will send a little vibration to my bracelet. to show you're thinking of me or you woke up or fell asleep.

A | that's so cute. what the hell.

P | you like it?

A | yes!

you reach up for a hug and set up your bracelets.
