Thomas: you sneak up to him and hug his side. He wraps his arm around your shoulders and kisses your head.
Newt: You slowly put your arms around his middle and lay your head on his chest listening to his heartbeat.
Gally: from the back which calms him down when he's mad. He knows your there and he puts his arms on yours
Frypan: Since he's taller, you wrap your arms around his neck and stand on your tippy toes. He holds your middle.
