The sun towering over the earth, the bright lights landed upon Taehyun's face and roughly woke him up from a peaceful sleep. Feeling exhausted and sleepy from the last night, the male tried to cover his eyes with his right hand to keep the sun from disturbing his sleep, but instead, they opened in confusion when he felt heaviness on his shoulder and arm.

Taehyun tilted up his head and took a peek at his own body with curious eyes, only to find the raven-haired boy sleeping on his shoulder calmly, his face devoid of any kind of pain and sadness. Taehyun's one arm wrapped around his bare back, he was holding the younger softly to his chest and feeling his calm heartbeat against his own body.

It felt so nice, yet so wrong.

Taehyun's heart twitched at the alluring, but painful sight at the same time, the sweet memories of the last night flooding his head. Butterflies started dancing in his body as crazy tingles spread in the pit of his stomach, his eyes admiring the sleeping beauty laying on him.

Beomgyu looked so pretty like that, with his silky curls spread over his small forehead while his long eyelashes touched his tender skin. Plushy Lips parted slightly, he was letting out small breaths, sending chills into the older's body as they were fanning over his skin. Fingers touching the younger's endearing flesh on his back, Taehyun could feel his heart melting away and feeling his naked body against his own one, he was feeling like he could no longer breathe.

"What did I do?", he muttered quietly under his breath as his hand slowly raised up in the air to gently pick Beomgyu's raven curls and brush them off his forehead, thumb grazing his temple, "Why do you make me feel so weak?"

Taehyun started feeling heavy as soon as some stress arose in his body, regret and guilt taking every beautiful sensation from him. His head flopped on the pillow and his lips let out a heavy sigh, causing his chest to raise up and down as painful remorse held him in a tight grip. When he was making a dangerous decision the previous night and letting his emotions get the best of him, he knew he would regret it in the morning, but he still didn't stop. He was so occupied by desperation and pain because of Beomgyu's condition that he was ready to do anything to somehow reduce his pain. And he did... he let himself touch the boy in the ways he had always dreamt of. He had always been craving for him, for his touch and now his dream had come true, but it wasn't supposed to bring so much pain to him. No matter how much he wanted to, he didn't have enough strength in himself to forgive the boy and say only three words which would be completely enough to bring Beomgyu back to life, to make him feel alive again. Taehyun was feeling like he would disrespect his younger brother if he did because it was Beomgyu after all who helped the other creatures take him and lock him up in an unknown place. Taehyun wasn't even sure that Soobin wasn't being treated harshly there.

"I'm sorry", he mumbled in a stressed manner and ran his palm on his face. He squeezed his eyes shut, trying to endure the pain inside his chest as he knew how much affliction it would bring Beomgyu when he would leave him again. He himself was hurting so bad as well, but he didn't want to bring more pain to the boy when he was already so devastated.

Taehyun tilted up his head again to stare down at the raven-haired male on his shoulder with a gloomy gaze, gently flicking his bangs, "I'm sorry, angel", he spoke in a desperate tone, tears welling up in his eyes as his lips tenderly touched the younger's forehead and left a small peck on it, his thumb gently brushing the back of his shoulder.

Even though even the idea of leaving him alone in his pain felt like death to Taehyun, he still managed to overpower his feelings and carefully slipped his arm from beneath the boy, making sure he wouldn't wake up. He slowly raised up his body and sat on the edge of the bed, getting up to put his clothes on. And even though he wasn't making any noise, Beomgyu still woke up and let out a little whine while rubbing his eyes, causing Taehyun's heart to skip a beat.
