(POV: Barry, Joe, Eddie, Patty, and Singh are all taken to court for a case that supposedly got someone killed and the other attorney is trying to blame this on Barry for making 'guesses' especially since they used his behavior analysis degree and training to help and Barry sticks up for the team.)
Defense Attorney: Behavioral Analysis is just intellectual guesswork
Defense Attorney: You probably couldn't tell me the color of my socks with any greater accuracy than a carnival psychic.
Barry: Charcoal Grey.
Barry: You match them to the color of your suit to appear taller.
Barry: Your BlackBerry has been buzzing on the table every 20 minutes.
Barry: Which happens to be the average time between posts from Colonial Downs.
Barry: Your getting race results.
Barry: And every time you do it affects your mood in court.
Barry: And you're not having a very good day.
Barry: That's because you pick horses the same way you practice law.
Barry: By always taking the long shot.
Judge: Mr. Allen I said that is enough!
Barry: Unfortunately for you I'm not a five foot tall, hundred pound girl.
*Criminal stands up*
Barry: Sit down and shut up!
Barry: The only thing your in position of man is a lawyer!
Criminal: Who the hell are you?!
Barry: I'm Barry Allen, Head CSI.
Barry: I don't make deals.
Barry: I'm the guy who hunts guys like you.
*Everyone is downright shocked.*
