Chapter 5

Hobi was shook. It was something he has never expected."You? And Jiminie? Really!?" Hobi smiled, making the other two smile too. Yoongi scratch the back of his neck, "Y-yeah..."

"OH MY GOD! My Best Friends! Are MATES! I'm A MatcHmAkEr!!" Hoseok jumped around the living room, dancing and shouting of joy.

Though Yoongi and Jimin tried to stay serious, they can't because of Hoseok's energy. They couldn't help but smile and laugh.

This is Hoseok's speciality.

Yoongi then pulled him down to the couch and calm him down. "Shh shh. I told you not to make a big deal out of it."
"But it IS a big deal! You just found your soulmate! How could I not make it a big deal about it? Tell me tell me!" He lightly pinched Yoongi's arm.

They're good friends, Jimin thought to himself. "Hobi, we decided to take things slow, you know, gradually getting to know each other first..." Jimin said, with Yoongi's agreeing nod.

Hoseok couldn't help but smile at the two.

"I just can't believe it! Your bestie since Junior High, and your best friend in the studio, were actually soulmates! I feel so special to have friends like you two."

He's too pure for this world isn't he?

Both blushed at the third's choice of words.

After staying for a while, Jimin shot up from his seat, "uhh, I have to go.. I was planning to help Seokjin hyung making a cake..."

"Want me to walk you out?" Yoongi blunty stated. Hoseok slapped him in the arm
"Hyung don't be stupid, drive him home, It'll be just like the movies~~"
"But wouldn't I be a bother? Yoongi hyung you don't really have t-"
"No. I'm driving you home. Lets go."

And so the alpha drove him home.

They sat quietly in the car, Jimin a bit confused as to why he needs a ride home because he was literally just 3, 3 buildings away. He could've just walked.

"Hoseok really seems happy, right?" Yoongi asked him. Jimin let out a chuckle, "Yeah. It seems like he's WAY more happier then the two of us. It's not a bad thing tho..."

They sat quietly again.

Finally, after a two minutes long drive, lol, they reached Jimin's home. Jimin got out of the car and turned back to Yoongi. "Hyung?" Yoongi faced him again, curious as to why he called him.

He was so damn handsome under the sunlight that Jimin's mind went blank and forgot what he was about to say. "Well, umm- I-thank you for today!" He bowed and just ran off. "Damnn this is so embarassing fukfukfuk!" He thought to himself.

Yoongi just sat there in the car, replaying what in the goddamn world just happened. Jimin ran off quickly, so he didn't have time to reply him. After spacing off for a few moment, he drove off too, a bit scared. (a/n: It'll all be explained later~..)

"Jin- hyung! Joon-hyung!! Can I come in??" Jimin knocked on the door of the Kim's apartment. Seokjin opened the door and let him inside. It was already filled with the smell of the cake.

"I'm really sorry I can't come sooner, but guess what?" Jimin smiled. "Hmm? What is it?" Seokjin saw how excited Jimin looked and knew it has to be good news.

"I found my mate!" Jimin said. Seokjin hugged him in tiny and congratulated him. Namjoon also gave him some intricate words of blessings and precautionary measure.

Namjoon brought two bottles of champagne. "This calls for a celebra-" Oopsie. He dropped one of the bottles, and earned a glare from Seokjin. But they just laughed it away because it doesn't matter. And it might prevent them getting drunk .

They spent the evening happily.

Meanwhile, Yoongi had reached home. He gulped and opened the door. He fear Hoseok may throw things at him, but he was sane, luckily.

"Hey, I'm back..." Yoongi said in a low tone. Hoseok looked up from his phone and beamed at him.

Yoon sighed. "Listen, umm, about Jimin-"
"I don't think there's anything to talk about. His actions made it pretty clear I'm just a friend."
"But still, you still liked him... And I'm.."
"Yoongi hyung, you're reallyy stupid and a bit too selfless. It was just some stupid feelings I had for him in my teenage years. Its history, 'kay? Now he have you, his soulmate. His destined partner. It's gonna be a beautiful relationship. I'm a solid 100% okay with it. Hell, you have my blessings too. Bros support each other right?" Hoseok grinned. Yoongi smiled and gave him a fist bump.

But deep down inside, Yoongi knew how hurt Hoseok is and decided to take his medicines and any sharp objects away from his room.
