"so when did you get there?" rafael asked.
"kinda at the same time," stiles replied.
"at the same time as who?" he questioned.
"same time as me, kinda." scott nodded.
"yeah, i got there a literal minute after scott," sillie added.
"by coincidence?"
"what do you mean coincidence?" stiles inquired.
"that's what i'm asking you."
"the two of you arrive at the same time and you arrive a minute after. was that coincidence?"
"are you asking me?" scott furrowed his eyebrows.
"i think he's asking me." stiles shook his head.
"i thought he was askin' me." sillie shrugged.
"i think he's asking all of you," lydia spoke up.
"ok, let me answer the questions," rafael deadpanned. "y-... let me ask the questions.
stiles pointed at him and nodded with a wink.
"just so i have this absolutely clear," rafael started. "barrow was hiding in the chemistry closet at the school. someone left him a coded message on the blackboard to kill kira. then barrow took kira to a power substation and tied her up with the intent of electrocuting her, which blacked out the entire town."
"sounds about right," stiles agreed.
"how did you know he'd take her to a power station?"
"well, cause he was an electrical engineer," stiles stated. "so where else would he take her?"
"exactly, use your brain, dumbass," sillie retorted. "you know, you're so stupid for an FBI agent."
"that's one hell of a deduction there, guys," rafael said
"yeah, what can i say? we take after our pops. he's in law enforcement." stiles winked.
sillie burst into laughter.
noah snorted.
rafael gave noah a look.
he coughed. "kids, just, uh... just answer the man."
"we made a good guess."
"what were the two of you doing?" rafael looked at scott and kira.
"eating pizza."
"eating sushi."
they spoke at the same time.
they shared a look, switching their answers.
