×~ Rescue ~×

I ran as fast as I possibly could, ignoring the pain that shot up my left leg every time it hit the ground. I ignored the strong winds and soft hail that beat against me and focused on finding any signs of sentient life. My vision blurred and I felt the corners of my eye begin to sting. I quickly wiped the growing tears from my eyes; crying won't do me any good right now.

As I ran I passed something that looked important that I almost missed. I stopped and took a few steps back and stood where I was just moments before. I felt myself subconsciously smile as I took in what was on the ground. They were tracks, and they were fresh, someone had just passed through here.

Without a second thought, I started running alongside the tracks. This was my only hope of getting help and I didn't want to risk it going to waste.

I continued walking in the direction of camp. I would still like to stay out here by myself but night was fast approaching and I'm not in the mood to fight mobs. Also, it's been a couple of hours since I left and Dad's probably worried sick and I'd hate for him to die of a heart attack or some shit like that because of me.

"Hey!" A stranger yelled from somewhere behind me scaring the absolute living shit out of me.

I quickly turned around and with thinking I screamed back, "Way to scare a guy, dickhead."

"I'm sorry, I really need your help!" I finally saw what the stranger looked like as they continued sprinting toward me. He was a very strange-looking enderman half black, half white, his left eye was red, and he seemed taller than a normal enderman.

"With what?" I barked as he drew closer, I couldn't help but feel a hint of fear as the enderman ran towards me. I was tempted to run away but decided against it for two reasons. Reason 1 I would look like a pussy and reason 2 the way he was running didn't look hostile.

He finally stopped about two meters away from me, "A tree fell on my friend and I'm not strong enough to get it off of them," They sobbed on the verge of tears." I was kind of taken aback by how scared he sounded.

"Um... Yeah, sure, of course, lead the way," As soon as I agreed a relieved smile stretched across the enderman's face. Without saying another word he took a couple steps forward grabbed my left hand and started dragging me back the way he came. I would've complained but I was surprised at how fast he was. I wouldn't have had much of a chance to keep up if he didn't drag me the entire way there but it still annoyed the hell out of me.

I dragged the bright-eyed blonde stranger behind me, careful not to jerk them around by any sudden movements or turns. I didn't remember exactly the way I had come but I didn't have a hard time following my tracks back so I wasn't too concerned about getting lost. I smiled as soon as I noticed the fallen tree in front of me.

"Tubbo!" I felt the stranger suddenly squeeze my hand when I said their name but didn't pay much attention to it, "I found someone!" As I continued forward I finally saw Tubbo again they were smiling because of the news. But that joyous expression switched to one of shock when they saw who I was dragging behind me.

"Tommy!" Tubbo cried, joy filling their voice. I stopped walking a few meters away from the fallen tree.

"Tubbo, you're okay!" The stranger tore their hand out of my grasp and ran forward so they could neal next to Tubbo, "I was so worried that you were gone," They sobbed as they grabbed their friend's hand, both of them were now crying.

They looked like they wanted to speak more but I started before they could, "We should probably hurry," I glanced up nervously at the sky, trying to silently communicate my concerns.
