We quickly walked through the forest. Ranboo held his cloak tightly around himself. He doesn't seem to have any trouble keeping warm as long as he's moving but that break seemed to get to him. Tubbo seemed to be doing better than he has in a while. I guess his broken ribs and Ranboo are good distractions although the amount of time he spends staring at the enderman is pretty concerning.

Wilbur seemed to be doing fine. Other than Tommy being annoying I don't think he has much going on. Phil also seems to be doing well. He's back to his usual mood, which is good. It was almost scary how stressed he managed to get yesterday. Looking back on it I think he managed to actually scare Ranboo with the way he acted.

I struggled to not let out a snort at this thought. You manage to get chased around by a dreamon for months and you're scared of that. It's kind of impressive.

I was distracted from my train of thought when I noticed a cabin, about a hundred meters away. Smoke billowed out of its chimney and effortlessly climbed to the sky. We had soon passed it and I noticed more cabins, a bit closer together than the last but all of them had trails of smoke that reached for the clouds coming from their chimneys.

After a few minutes of walking past various cottages and cabins, Wilbur eventually turned off of the main path and started approaching a vine-covered cottage. It was small, but I'm not one to complain. At least we don't have to worry about mobs.

We walked inside and set our bags down. Tommy had already made himself comfortable and was laying on the couch.

"Hey guys," The short-haired blonde greeted.

"Hey Tommy," Tubbo said as he sat down on the couch, forcing Tommy to move his legs.

"It's nice to finally be in a house again, even if it's just for a short while," Phil commented as he stretched his wings, careful not to break or knock anything over.

"It is," I agreed, "Welp, Wilbur, I remember you saying something about going through a portal in the middle of town to be able to trade. I'm going to go check that out." I turned back towards the door and started to leave.

"Are you seriously going to leave immediately?" Tommy asked, "You haven't even sat down." I ignored him and continued out of the house, closing the door behind me. After a few moments of me walking I heard it open and close again, followed shortly after by light footsteps catching up to me. I glanced over to see who it was.

Ranboo smiled at me, "Hey Techno, do you mind if I tag along?"

I shook my head, "No, you're fine. I'm just kind of curious as to why you're not resting inside with everyone else."

"Oh, you know..." He paused, "I don't feel like they like me that much. Everyone except you and Tubbo has been rude to me."

I couldn't help but let out a chuckle when he said this, "Yeah, I guess so, but they don't hate you." I agreed, "Phil is usually much nicer when he's not absurdly stressed and I'm sure once you give Wilbur his sweater back he'll warm up to you."

"What about Tommy?" Ranboo asked, light suspicion lacing his voice.

"He's just like that so I'm not entirely sure if he hates you or not," I shrugged.

"That's not very comforting," He grumbled.

"Yeah, but it's the truth." With that we walked in silence, slowly making our way to the center of town. Slowly I started to notice that there were more people walking by and we soon approached a grand nether portal. A few people were walking in and out of it. No one seemed to give us a second glance as we walked by which was a nice change of pace.
