I notice I have a missed call from Kamala, so I listen to the voice mail and my heart
sinks, as I hear a thud at the end. I call Chrisette and ask her to come over its an emergency.
"Whats going on?" Chrisette asks when she arrives. I play the voicemail for her
"Okay I'll take care of Kali as long as you need, just focus on finding Kamala."
"Thank you" I start to whisper "but I want you to take Kali to your... to your house, I don't want whoever has my wife to have my daughter too" I say not even realizing I said wife. Chrisette smiles sadly "Of course. go get her back okay".
I nod and leave.

I wake up in a room with a cement floor. Im tied up and scared.

I follow to her last tracked location and find a rock and some tire marks, on closer inspection of the rock I realize there is blood on it. I narrow my eyebrows in
confusion "where are you baby?" I whisper.
I see something shining on the ground, I pick it up ....it's Kamala's engagement ring, My heart sinks even deeper. I feel tears well up as I get back into the car. I sit in the car for what feels like
hours just crying. Eventually I drive home still not knowing what to do. Eventually I call the police.

I cower in the corner hugging myself and crying. I never should have walked out, I should have followed him. "Please save me Dougie" I whisper to myself, hoping I'll get to see
him and the kids again.
I look up as a man comes in "You're mine now, no body will save you
and no one will hear you scream."
